"This house is beautiful and sparse. We were a group of 8 adults and the house did not feel crowded at all. Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower drains were full of hair from previous visitors; multiple bedrooms had either old food, empty wine or water...

"If you want to visit Oxford, then this cottage is excellently located. You can catch the bus in to the city from the village, or the park and ride bus terminal is close by. The cottage is quiet and comfortable. Note that the double bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, so is open to the living space. The kitchen area is compact, but has all you need as long as you're not wanting to cook anything too ambitious. There is a Smart TV, so you have access to streaming services. We enjoyed our stay...

"We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It’s small but very comfortable and was perfect for my simple needs. I slept well - Over Norton is a very quiet neighbourhood. Nearby Chipping Norton caters for all shopping needs and has good roads to all parts of the Cotswolds. Minor niggle: the shower needs a soap dish! John E."

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "A superb purpose-built cottage in the middle of the sleepy Cotswold countryside, we relaxed and luxuriated amid all the mod cons that included electric blinds, heated floors, large television and generous lounges. We loved every moment of our stay, driving to picturesque villages and warming our hands by the fire.
