"Access to Lake Huron to see wonderful sunrise. Everything we needed in the evenings to catch sports on TV. Host recommended excellent spots to eat (and we tried them all)! Wonderful area to explore (drove to Caseville and Lexington). Did catch a bit of fall color still. Host responded immediately to questions. "

"This is my 3rd time renting the castle and everything was just as expected. The hot tub was very clean and stayed at a nice hot temperature, there were plenty of clean towels and extra bedding, the grounds were beautiful and the castle itself was well organized and clean. I can’t wait to come back again next fall!"

"Wonderful location right near beautiful Lake Huron. I imagine it’s busier in the summer but nice and quiet in October. Very comfortable cabin; especially loved the screened porch which was perfect spot to play games as the sun went down. Didn’t cook (easy takeout nearby) but perfectly adequate kitchen if we had wanted to. Lots of nice walks and beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend for a couple; might feel crowded with more people "

Overall, the cabin was clean, has a kitchen with a supply of dishes and utensils, and had plenty of space.The internet WiFi was sufficient as I did not receive good cell connectivity (AT+T).The host was very responsive to my questions."

"We had a wonderful stay at this nicely appointed house right on Lake Huron. Steps away from the beach. Our daughters spent the weekend playing in the water and collecting rocks. Located in a friendly community and close to Port Sanilac and Lexington. The house is really comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake. "

"Residence is exactly as described and expected. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was warmer than normal and we were able to spend a few days relaxing outside enjoying the lake views. "The house was perfect for our short girls weekend trip. Plenty of beds and very clean. We had a little trouble with the hot tub but the host was quick to answer our messages. Close to the beach and marina and great coffee place on the corner. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property. "

"A short October weekend. Golfed at near by Lakeview Hills (Which was excellent), dined in the local downtown, which was charming and plenty of good food and drink options . The property was very quiet and had a beautiful view of the lake front. Pet friendly and parks nearby. No cell service anywhere outside the town,but wifi worked just fine. "
