This property enjoys a good location in the upmarket development of Alta Vista. This proper house is in the Town of Calete and does not suffer from being way out of town, like so many. The townhouse itself is 3 bed, 2 bath, and 3 terrace.

This is a large and proper house - a home from home - very spacious with separate kitchen and utility (2 sinks) with dishwasher and wash machine. There is also a private sun terrace off the master bedroom.

The master bed is also served by its own en suite toilet with bath and shower. Sleeps 6 easily. The three sun terraces include a private balcony with stunning views across Calete de Fuste bay.

The tiled and secluded rear terraces catches the sun all day and includes Canarian BBQ for alfresco dinning. There is a Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) option, which is totally secluded and ideal for star gazing at night.


The lounge has a 50 inch flat screen TV with UK TV - BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Full SKY movies, SKY Sports, BT Sports, Premier Sports, Movie vault with thousands of Films and all the top releases.

*** There is NOW FIBRE wireless internet (WiFi) with strong signal and super fast - as good as you will get anywhere ****.

A good location in Calete de Fust Town.

Really great place to stay, location is a ten minute walk from the main centre/brach but there are bars and restaurants closer if required.

An Enjoyable Months Holiday
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house. The property was an easy walk to and from the beach. The view from the bedroom balcony of the sea was lovely. We made good use of the bbq most evenings. The house was spacious and had comfortable seating in the lounge. The listing is not completely correct. The TV is not 50 inch but 42 inch. The DVD player was not able to be connected as the TV did not have the correct fitting. A second dvd player did not work at all. You are not able to park outside the property. Parking is on the opposite side of the road and very difficult due to lack of space (one resident had a sign asking you not to park outside their property). This was not a problem for us as we parked in the road just as you entered the estate. Usually we like to use the hot tub but only used it a couple of times as it was passed its best (very weak jets and not able to control temperature). We were not able to give five stars for cleanliness, overall it was good. We found a lot of cobwebs in the living area, mould in shower and bath (we cleaned the bath mould and stains very easily with a cleaner from the supermarket). A little more cleaning would improve the propery. The fridge worked well but the freezer was very iced up. I accept that this is not the owner's fault but I am sure that this is something that he will address. We did have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the house.

Séjour très sympa !
Seul bémol contre lequel malheureusement il est difficile de faire quoi que ce soit : le survol régulier des avions au dessus de la ville (on se trouve dans le couloir aérien). Hormis cet inconvénient, le séjour a été extrêmement agréable !

Family holiday
After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk down and back up the hill in order to visit town.

Great property Great area
The property was clean and tidy very comfortable and in the perfect location. You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. I recommend Mollys bar, view bar and Lins for amazing food and drinks. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday I'd definitely return.

The property has all the amenities you could want for a perfect holiday, The property is clean and the check in and check out times are perfect. Great Value House
The house was exactly as per the pictures in the description. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and of course a hot tub. It's about a 20 minute walk into Caleta from the house, down a mild slope, so obviously a slightly uphill return journey. This was fine because we are both fairly active. It is in a quiet area which was great away from the hustle of Caleta. The hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. A great find, and a great price.

Fuerteventura holiday bliss!
Everthing about our holiday was superb. From the initial welcome, the great facilities in the house, the good location to the hot tub! You really need a car to get about and see the beautiful island and can park right outside, but if not, it is only a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. The town, with it's excellent beach, is a bit further down the hill but it is possible to walk. Getting back is all up hill, so you could get a taxi. All in all a great holiday with excellent communication with the host. Thank you.

Great property so stay there is everything you need easy to find beautiful sunny balcony beds are good nice quiet area will definitely be back host easy to contact to answer any queries supermarket bars and restaurants 5 min. walk centre of the resort a bit further and on return taxi cabs are very reasonably priced

This was a fantastic property for our holiday, plenty of room for us (2 adults & 2 kids 17 + 13) , great views from the master bedroom and nice high ceiling meant it didnt get too hot in there. Added bonus of cracking wifi and full TV , hot tub, dishwasher etc. Its a pleasant walk downhill into town 15/20 mins however there is a supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants halfway down the hill, the excellent Nestors is around the corner and also the little pizza place at the end of the road is one of the best in town. We wouldnt hesitate returning to this property, spotless clean, plenty of space & packed with amenities.

We have stayed in this area a lot over the past few years and it is in a great location . 15 minutes walk down hill to the beach and a good 20 minute hike back up . 3 good size bedrooms one with en-suite .Sky tv and internet were all fantastic . Communication from owners was excellent and Sue the agent in Fuerteventura. Overall great value if you use all the beds.

Brilliant location, 20 min walk down to harbour. Walk back up not too taxing but you can jump in a taxi for £3+ euros. Lovely house, everything you'd need and more. Very spacious and the garden room at the back which had large glass doors which opened right up to increase outdoor space was amazing. Lovely outside spaces, sun all day. Sue was available if needed very friendly and full of local knowledge. Yes will definately return. Thank you.

Our second stay at the villa, this time we brought our two grandsons aged 11 months, the owner was very accommodating in ensuring cots and high chairs were available , as the previous visit it met our expectations for a perfect family break.

R and R in the sun
The property is as described on the site, extremely clean and comfortable. The hot tub was set up by the management company prior to arrival and the location for us was very good. Close enough to town, but quiet enough to relax in. The sun chases around the house to the various balconies/patios so you're never short. The property was small enough for the 2 of us, but would be big enough for a family - there was plenty of space. Local facilities are very good with a well sticked supermarket and some good restaurants and pubs. Iain was very approachable and all questions answered promptly. Overall a very good place for a break.

Avant tout un grand merci à sue qui est une personne formidable, accueillante, souriante, et qui nesite pas à venir dans les minutes qui suivent au moindre problème, un merci également à lain Cameron pour sa formidable location et sa communication instantanée à toutes nos questions. La maison était comme dans la description, propre avec tout les équipements très belle vue sur mer , tres bien placé, jacuzzi au top propre l'eau est nettoyé , filtré et surtout bien chaude. J'ai découvert pour la première fois fuertventura qui est une ville très chaleureuse accueillante il fait très beau il y a surtout beaucoup d'activités à faire et beaucoup de restaurant, une ville très touristique ou chacun est là bien venu, nous avons passé une super semaine . Merci pour tout
