"Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Lovely location and very relaxing. Good sports facilities and opportunities for exercise. Some buildings look a bit tired and need of some care and attention. Overall the service was excellent although, on more than one or occasion staff members completely forgot about our drinks orders and on several occasions they ran out of ingredients for cocktails etc. But these were minor issues as there was always lots of other choices. I feel I have to mention some shortcomings: The check in process is not straightforward, and actually annoying: you have to provide your reservation, although they already have your reservation and your room assignment, you have to provide a return flight reservation, you also have to fill out a registration form, although you already submitted your passport.
