"Check in time is not until 5:00 pm. I was told that the code would be sent a few minutes before check in, but had to call the host to get it after 5. The front door was stuck and very hard to open and close. The host eventually got us a usable code to enter the kitchen door using a key from a carport area lockbox which was so much easier. We had some other issues, but the host was very responsive in addressing those. The grass was high and the overgrown shrubs at the front entry made it hard to...

"We have stayed in this cabin multiple times and have enjoyed staying each time. One thing that needs corrected is the insulation in the vents. When the air blows it the goes through insulation which is a respiratory hazard. Please fix."

"House was better than described--should include a picture of the deck that runs the length of the house and overlooks the yard and lake! Perfect size for 6 adults and 1 baby. Kitchen accesories were better quality than a usual VRBO.DD coffee, charging outlets next to the bed; Meyers soap in the bathrooms; plenty of trashbags, dishwaster soap, beach towels, etc! Great dock!"

"Lovely area right on the lake. Everything you would need to stay in the places. The only thing we were worried about is that we had not heard from anyone . I had messaged three times in the week with no answer so we were hoping everything was going to be ok. We asked another holiday maker staying near us and managed to make contact. We finally got the code for the door at about 4pm. After that it was great. Thank you .."

"This house was just as the pictures showed. It was very open and accommodated our family very well. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. "Two friends drove from different states and met in the middle...Oxford AL! Enjoyed the house and had plenty of space, enjoyed Hubbards on Main for dinner and a church service nearby. Although we walked a short block to the quaint downtown (truly, so close), we occasionally faced a stray cat or barking dog off leash. Very easy check in and out. Great communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Entrance to this property is difficult to see at night. The house is an antiquity and quite beautiful. A look back into the past. The bed is quite comfortable. Breakfast was very good and hot. The only thing I missed was a hot waffle. The only downside was street noise through the night. It was sparce but noticeable and included train horns as they went through crossings. Fortunately, I like train sounds."
