"We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable and having access to parking was very convenient. The house itself was quaint with character and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 4 young children and had ample space. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! "I currently live in this complex, and I rented this condo for my parents to come stay a few days while I recovered from surgery. Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). I was thankful to have such an easy process for my older parents and they are already talking about coming back down again because they enjoyed their stay so much!"

"First time in Annapolis to watch East Carolina win the Military Bowl and tour the Naval Academy.Great location, cute, clean, and comfortable place in a fun town with lots of great restaurants and bars."

"Loved the house, we were glad to be able to book it on short notice for a large group! Beds were insanely comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location. Only downside is that the common areas (living room/kitchen/dining area) are a bit small if you have a larger group (8). Overall a great stay and would stay again!!"

"This property is just steps from Main Street. It was the perfect location for exploring town and enjoying all that Annapolis had to offer during the holiday season. "

"Three generations of family gathered here for a holiday together. The beautiful historic home is located in the heart of downtown Annapolis - activities for everyone within blocks. We opted for the chef-prepared breakfast,- a highlight!"

We enjoyed so much about it: the fully-equipped kitchen with spices and every appliance you might need, bathrooms with rain showers/good water pressure, decks for outdoor lounging, plenty of space and nice furnishings in the living room, and a quiet neighborhood that isn't too far away from the downtown area. "Superb location. Very nice rooms with ample space and great decor. Friendly and responsive staff. There were a couple items that kept it from 5 star. The hotel hosts many outside events in their ballroom during the day and the only access is through the main lobby. Attendees walk through the small lobby area and right by all the guest sitting areas. Lots of commotion and disruption. A knowledgeable concierge to assist guests would be a help. They only have one king room with a handicap...

"Stayed for one night here at the Crowne and had a great stay. The room was nice with comfy beds. The hotel was near lots of restaurants and had its own bar restaurant as well. Food was decent. Downtown Annapolis is only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again when in Annapolis. "

Horrible Experience

"Sure, here's a review: --- Title: Disappointing Experience at DoubleTree Hotel I recently stayed at the DoubleTree hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I encountered disappointing service at the check-in counter. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Furthermore, the location of my room was dreadful. It was situated in a noisy area where the incessant traffic outside and the internal noise from the hotel corridor seeped through the thin walls. The proximity of my room to the corridor's entrance only exacerbated the issue, as I could hear every conversation and movement in the hallway. Overall, the combination of poor service at check-in and the dreadful room location made my stay at the DoubleTree hotel a regrettable one. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests."
