"We were looking for a countryside cottage to enjoy while on holiday and this was perfect. The manager arrived promptly and rectified the situation when an issue arose. Highly recommend this place."

"We, a group of six, spent 3 days taking day trips and the location assisted in making them easy to come and go from. The apartment had firms beds, abundant towels and a great working kitchen. We found a supermarket and a liquor store a few steps away. If you can climb stairs this is the place for you."

"The Meadow View Farmhouse was a dream come true. Eamonn was an awesome host. He met us at the house with a wealth of information about the area and even booked us a visit to a local castle viewing. The attention to detail that he has put into refurbishing this old farmhouse is phenomenal. The views surrounding the house were spectacular! We even got to experience a local farmer moving his cattle from one pasture to another on the road in front of the house. A true Irish gem and we will...

"This little apartment was wonderful - cozy, clean and well-appointed with everything you could want or need and spacious enough to really spread out. By American standards the bathrooms are great and there was a king-sized bed! We really appreciated being able to do some laundry. The town of Silvermines is very quiet (only one pub that doesn't serve food, but is a hoot - my husband had a great time chatting with people). "Nice facilities, well furnished and well kept. We were very comfortable. Only hitch was no internet in the house so working with a computer was not possible. connectivity for mobile was spotty. But we managed. And we had a comfortable stay. Owner was very nice and helpful. "

"We originally booked a 1 bedroom but the night before we got there we were told that wasn’t available and we were being given a different unit. I felt uncomfortable with that at such late notice but the house we were given was much larger and grander. The location was perfect for our stay and travels. The owner was kind and helpful. They have a family farm and were working a lot so we appreciated his time. The views are pretty and it was very peaceful."

"what a great cottage , large rooms , luxery, well equipped, good beds , large garden and very friendly host. all good"

"This location is fantastic, an overwhelming welcome with a fridge full of very tasteful food and drinks. The jacuzzi is also very fine. And the owners helped us out with everything, all our questions and responded very fast. It is really worth going!"

"It's a nice little cottage and host/property manager were quite nice as well. We were there 5 days, and enjoyed our stay there a lot. It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. Also, no wi-fi that we were able to figure out (we just watched stuff we had already downloaded, using an HDMI cable), but there was a television and laundry facilities, so that was great."

"I was attending an event at the hotel and decided to stay overnight, rather than face a late night drive home. All the staff members I interacted with were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. My room was on the ground floor and was superb. The bed was so comfortable. The room was large and very well decorated and very clean and tidy, I had a cooked breakfast the following morning and this was excellent."
