"This was a perfect location for a family of four to spend a week for college drop off. Communication was great, the apartment was clean and well furnished."

"My wife and I stayed in unit #1 and it was perfect for a long weekend. Close to Northville (which is my wife's hometown) and close to Ann Arbor where we attended the Michigan Football Game on Saturday. Great place to stay. Only issue is the TV takes about 20 min. to warm up before coming on permanently. Besides that we had a great time. One request to the owners - A purchase of an ottoman for propping up your feet while watching TV would be fantastic. Love the place and will stay there...

"The apt was in an excellent location. It was comfortable and clean. Coffe was provided. We thought perhaps there should have been powdered creamer provided. The ice cube trays were only partially full. There were no tissues in the bathroom.The television was confusing to use and we couldnt really watch anything with out logging into one of ouf own services. Some instructions msy have been helpful.Othercthan those things everything was fine. "

"We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!"

"Everything was perfect with this property. It was clean, well appointed, and convenient to old town Plymouth. The parking was also good. I highly recommend this Vrbo property for its convenient drive to Ann Arbor and the western Detroit suburbs."

"The location of the condo could not have been better. Right in the center of downtown Ann Arbor and walking distance to Univ. of Michigan and The Big House. The beds were very comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. The only complaint that we had was the noise at night. The condo is right above some popular bars and it was LOUD! Could have been unusually loud because of Halloween weekend but It was hard to sleep until about 2am when the bars closed. Otherwise it condo was...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. A very nice, clean and spacious studio right in the middle of the Burns Park neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Ann Arbor and campus. Check in and communication was excellent. I would love to stay here again! "

"The Retro Neat is perfectly named: the decor is a lovely throwback and the ambiance is comforting. The location is absolute perfection, right near Nickels Arcade, snuggled discreetly off the street. The lack of designated parking is offset by the parking structure literally around the corner. I’m already planning my next stay!"

"Visited in October with my sisters and niece, we were back in Michigan for our Mom's memorial service. One sister hasn't been back to Ypsi (our hometown) in 50 years and was charmed by Depot Town. We were all charmed by the rooms we stayed in, very comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a good vibe. Thanks so much!"
