A fabulously equipped 5 bedroom private villa (with 3 master bedrooms) with private heated/fenced swimming pool with great kids facilities, easily able to cater for the whole family in a hugely popular summer beach destination. Offering wonderful village life convenience with cafes, restaurant & weekly street markets within walking distance. Due to the layout, the villa is ideal for 3 families or a group of friends holidaying together as it offers plenty of space & privacy.

It benefits from its own private HEATED & FENCED pool, swing/slide, table tennis table, pool-side GIANT connect-4, HUGE chalk-board, mature gardens, grassed area for games all set within 1200m2

Let the kids snuggle up on the sofa in one of the luxury soft throws in the evening whilst tea is being prepared. They can then relax, keep warm and watch their favourite UK show after an exciting day out :) Once the kids are in bed, you can relax and enjoy the 42inch Plasma TV, excellent for watching either sports, a good old fashion film, the X-Factor or Strictly Come Dancing....!

Or simply relax with a glass of wine and a good book - a huge library of excellent English books including fiction, romance novels, biography & thrillers all supplied!. If you prefer, plug in your iPod and listen to your favourite artist whilst enjoying some easy reading lying in the sun.

Also supplied - Wi-Fi access & iPod docking station. Not to be missed by the whole family is the huge selection - family/children's classic DVD's by Disney, Warner Bros, Fox & Universal plus many, many more.
The older kids will love the Wii console with a great range of family interactive games supplied whilst the little ones will love the toys, games & dressing up clothes and be delighted to find so many games and toys for them to enjoy - Happy children = Happy parents!

The open-plan kitchen/sitting room has been meticulously furnished & equipped- There are two large farmhouse kitchen tables where you can enjoy freshly baked croissants each morning, or spend many enjoyable hours whilst enjoying your evening meal. You have everything you would expect to find in the kitchen, including cafetiere, also for coffee lovers a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, microwave & two fridge/freezers - very important! Lots of large serving dishes, crockery and cutlery have also been supplied so there will be no shortages when preparing a large family meal.

Those little extras - Le Mimosa is a self-catering holiday home so you will need to bring/buy basic essentials. However, to make things a little easier for your arrival you will find, complimentary, a small supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dish-cloths, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, kitchen foil, cling-film, and toilet roll.

We have also catered for the little ones - with child-friendly crockery & cutlery, themed placemats, a baby-bottle warmer, hand food blender, a microwavable bottle steriliser, a high chair and a pushchair (all included in the price).
Additional children's equipment - If you have more than one baby needing a high chair, travel cot or pushchair extra equipment can be hired for the duration of your holiday.

100% cotton bed linen, as well as bath and hand towels, are supplied - and beds are made up ready for your arrival for each guest named on the booking form. In addition, you can hire large 100% cotton towels for the beach/pool (saves that bit of extra room in the case!) and we can also offer a daily maid service (at a supplement) so your beds can be ready for you to slip into after a hard day at the beach or around the pool!

The garden & swimming pool......
The 1200m2 gardens are well established with lots of mature plants and shrubs from palm trees to olive trees. It is completely private and not overlooked by any other property.

The kids will enjoy the children's outdoor play area with swings, slide, table tennis and swingball.
The outdoor terrace area overlooks the swimming pool and garden areas and has sun loungers with comfy cushions - ideal for your 5 o'clock Pimms! You will also love the large chimney-style barbecue, which cooks food to perfection!
The fenced, heated and PRIVATE swimming pool is viewed by your outdoor terrace area and surrounded by mature gardens.

The pool is fully fenced and has a lockable gate with a padlock for which the parents hold the key. The garden is fully fenced with a gate to the front entrance with parking for up to 3 to 4 cars.
