Tranquil, Relaxing Luxury Art Villa with private infinity pool & marvelous views

Insightful dialogues regarding tradition, history and the local beliefs, resulted to the conception of this residence, on an island known for its slopes and the narrow cottages, as well as its Byzantine and Medieval buildings (Monasteries, Churches and Towers). DIALOGOI is derived from these architectural forms. Looking at this private residence, one can perceive the dialogue between the different buildings. The first one at the lower level, beside the property's main entrance is inspired by a typical cottage, in contrast to an imposing Monastery gate, which is sited next to it. The central building is oblong resembling a church with a tower house standing next to it instead of a belfry. All these are set to a harmonious dialogue, being respectful to their surroundings and the architecture, history and nature of Andros. A unique landmark of the residence is the two fish swimming in opposite directions that decorate the entrances, made with a traditional technique using pebbles.

Designers' furniture and art:
The villa is modern with all designers furniture. Contemporary Art orientated. There is also a big 'gallery' room (70 m2) with posters from the 2 contemporary art museums of Andros. It is also used as a gym and play-room (table-tennis, cards, etc).
View:
Breathtaking view from all levels. You can see the unique Hora (capital) of Andros which stands on a sharp peninsula between two sandy beaches of Nimborio and Paraporti, amongst the magnificent unique blue color of Aegean Sea. The infinity pool (14 x 5,5 m) is like an extention of the Aegean Sea.

Simply the best!!
I can't say enough about our stay at Krista and Panos's house. Our experience was above and beyond what we imagined! You can't tell by the photos of the top quality of the inside/out house. They created a fabulous atmosphere! Also, Krista went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks again Krista and Panos, my family and I left Andros with great memories!

Beautiful home
The home is simply beautiful! The pictures are true and you must see it in person to appreciate all the unique and beautiful details. You are situated above Chora with the most wonderful views. The hosts are helpful with all your needs and a list of local things to do, restaurants, boating excursions, beaches, local interests and museums. The home has everything you’d need from working out area, game room and pool. The Bluetooth speakers are great to have to play your own music. Krysta has a chef who can bring you a delicious home cooked meal. The home is cleaned daily by a sweet woman who you barely know is there. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay in Andros. We fell in love with this artistic home.and hope to return soon.

Spent a great time
We came here for a week 3 years ago and had some memorable moments. This year we spent 2 weeks which were again exceptional. The house is both magnificent and very comfortable. The cleaning and meal services are exceptional. I highly recommend this villa, whose owners, Krista and Panos, are also wonderful.

From the moment we booked Krista and Panos made sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay in their house and on the island as enjoyable as possible. The house beautiful with many unique features and an incomparable view. We opted to have some meals cooked for us by Alkita and Marisa the house keeper was a n every day to clean the living areas and make sure the mainstay was taken care of. Thank you for an amazing holiday and we hope to be back.

Perfect holiday disturbed by wildfire
I can only second all the good reviews - the villa is even more spectacular in real life, every little detail in the house is thought through, you feel like in a gallery and at the same time just at home. We especially enjoyed the kitchen for cooking group meals, pool area with a game room nearby to relax during the day and the veranda for night time discussions. I 100% recommend booking Marites cleaning service and Alketas dinners as it allows you not to worry about anything during your holiday. The owners of the villa Krista and Panos are the kindest people that supported us from the early booking, to questions about the island and helped us to find a solution how to continue our honeymoon holiday after the wildfire destroyed the infrastructure around the house. Knowing the owners, the house and surroundings will be in its peak condition in no time. We will definitely consider coming back once we’ll get the chance to gather our friends again.

Wonderful week at Villa Dialogoi
Our stay at the Villa Dialogoi was absolutely wonderful. Krista and Panos were wonderful and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Checked in on us, made sure everything was smooth, and we had everything we needed. The house maid was fantastic, super friendly and we never missed anything in the house. She was very thorough, and with 11 people in the house at one point, she did a great job catering to any requests we may have had. As for the house, or should I say the Villa, it was the most beautiful place any one of us had ever stayed at. From the small details all around the house, to beautiful outdoor and indoor designs, to furniture picked, the kitchen cabinets, the most dreamy pool/pool area, the outdoor seating space, we felt like we were all living a dream. It was nicely spread out that even thought it was 11 of us, we all had our own space somehow. We also received boat rental and chef recommendations from Krista and Panos, and both were absolutely amazing. The chef was phenomenal, he worked with me on the menu, everything that he made was delicious, it’s some of the best food we have ever had. Our day on the boat with Yannis was also fantastic, we went to a few different beaches, then a beautiful lunch, and the whole day was so much fun. The whole week was amazing, it’s a trip we will never forget, and I am so happy we stayed at Villa Dialogoi, I could’ve not imagined a better place to stay at, for my birthday trip with friends. Amazing house and services
From the booking to the welcome and throughout the stay we receive a really high level of service. The property is truly stunning and beautifully kept. Every little detail is studied with care and personality. In the house you can find what you need for a good holiday: pool bar, barbecue, gym, table football, billiards, two areas for dining, confortables room, video games , sound system , etc. on request laundry service and an exceptional cooker. Andros is a beautiful island with super beaches. Really high recommended

Perfect holiday home!
We rented Krista and Panos' house for 11 days. We were 10 and we had plenty of space. The house is big, very comfortable, nicely decorated with an artsy feel. The pool area is stunning and so relaxing that we spent many whole days there. There is also a play room with ping-pong and pool tables, some fitness equipment etc. Generally speaking, everything is much better than it looks on the pictures. Krista is a very attentive and responsive host. Marites, the cleaning lady, is a must-have : discreet and efficient, it makes you feel as if you are in a hotel. Moreover we took the services of the cooker, Alketa, twice; it was very good and at a reasonable price per person. The location is very good too : the villa dominates the Andros' bay and offers therefore a nice view on the main city and the sea. There are beautiful beaches at 5'-10' drive and Chora, at a stone's throw, is beautiful and lively. Batsi, which definitely offers much to do and see too, is at a 40' ride. We had a perfect holiday and we totally recommend Krista and Panos' house.

Absolutely amazing!
Villa Dialogoi was hands down the best VRBO we've ever stayed out. The pictures are lovely but don't do the property justice. Krista and Panos have spared no detail to outfit the house with everything you could ever possibly need on vacation. The house was meticulous, and there was someone on site for 5 hours a day to help clean and tidy (although not intrusive at all). There was wonderful common space, but plenty of places to retreat, and the pool was a lovely refuge from the summer heat. We also had a wonderful meal prepared by a cook, and it was phenomenal. We have nothing but great things to say about the property and hosts and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay, and we hope to be back!

Beautiful villa
We had a most enjoyable stay in this beautiful villa. Krista was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in beautiful Andros. Our family of 10 enjoyed the rooms and also indulged in a delicious meal by a fabulous chef that was recommended. Everyone was happy throughout our visit and our villa was immaculate each day. Perfect Stay
Our entire group was so impressed with the home, location, hosts, the cleaning lady Marites. We wanted to have cars with the freedom to explore the island at will. This house is a short drive to town and to several beaches. It is secluded behind 2 gates which make it very private. We found the home beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for our 10 guests. We also had the optional cook, Alketa, cook 3 traditional meals. The food was plentiful and delicious with leftovers for lunch the next day. The groceries and her cooking time cost about €80 per person total. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Exceptionnel !
Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans la villa de Krista et Panos. Petits et grands ont succombé au charme de la maison et de ses extérieurs (notamment de sa grande et profonde piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer). Tout est encore plus beau que sur les photos. L'agencement de la maison, le mobilier et la décoration sont parfaits : chaque détail est pensé avec soin tant pour l'esthétique des lieux que pour le confort. Krista et Panos sont des hôtes très disponibles, qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour faciliter notre séjour. Les prestations sont de type para-hotellières avec une femme de ménage, très discrète et disponible, qui passe chaque jour selon les horaires souhaités. Les talents d'Alketa, la cuisinière sont dignes de très bons restaurants. Ne pas hésiter une seconde : tout est pensé pour un séjour merveilleux et inoubliable dans un décor de rêve !

A Luxury Villa with the WOW Factor
We booked this villa to celebrate an my sons 18th and my 50th Birthday and our 25 year Wedding Anniversary so we wanted it to be special and it certainly didn’t disappoint! We were wowed as we walked through the door of the villa and shown around by the hosts Panos and Krista who went above and beyond to help us make our stay 5 star ⭐️. The attention to detail throughout this villa is amazing, everything has been carefully thought about and planned out. The views from the villa are exceptional. There is so much space for everyone, our sons and their friends could play music in the games room and have table tennis tournaments and we wouldn’t even know because you couldn’t hear a sound. Marites the cleaning lady discreetly cleaned for several hours per day, she was amazing. She looked after us so well, everything was perfect. We had several boys with us on our holiday so decided to have Alketa to cook us breakfast every morning. It was a feast of everything we had asked for and perfectly cooked. She also cooked us an excellent meal of octopus and a lamb dish one evening it was excellent. The beautiful town of Andros ( a 10 minute drive away ) with a boutique feel is so pretty. It has everything you need. The food is excellent, a lovely little square where you can sit and people watch. There are two beaches close by, again no more than a 10 minute drive, one with a lovely restaurant on the beach with amazing food. I thoroughly recommend this villa, it is beautiful and the hosts Panos and Krista were exceptional, they were at the end of the phone whenever you needed them for help or advice. Thank you both for making our stay so fantastic, we will never forget this wonderful holiday and hope to come back again soon. The Mills Family & The Taylor Family xxxx

Trés agréable séjour dans une très belle maison.
Propriété très calme, avec une vue très belle. Les propriétaires ainsi que la personne chargée du ménage sont très attentifs, la maison est très belle, il ne manque rien, aussi bien pour cuisiner que pour se relaxer, terrasses, belle piscine. Les commerces et la ville ne sont pas très loin, une taverne est au bout de la route à 5minutes à pieds. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientot dans cet endroit paisible.

A wonderful stay in a magical place
We stayed in villa Dialogoi for a week with friends while in Andros for a wedding and loved it. Absolutely stunning location and amazing views of Chora. The villa itself is very special - beautifully styled and very comfortable with lots of space to relax. Fabulous pool, brilliant games room, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. It is also extremely well equipped, there isn’t a kitchen utensil you cannot find! Marites the housekeeper kept the place in tip top condition each day. We were also lucky enough to have her look after our 8 month old baby for an evening and she is an absolute natural with children. Would love to stay again.

What a Magical Week!
Our family would just like to say a massive thankyou to Panos & Krista for such an amazing week staying at their stunning villa. Everything was perfect from the communication through lockdown and when we finally arrived (third time lucky) we were welcomed by Panos and Krista and they gave us a tour around their beautiful villa. All I can say is wow. Marites the cleaning lady was so discreet and was lovely to have her around and Alketa's food was out of this world. Her spinach pie just delicious as was all the food she prepared for us. We decided to ask Alketa to cook breakfast too and that was such a treat. We hope one day to return to Andros and stay in this breath-taking villa. Thankyou again for everything XX

An amazing villa to enjoy the beauty of Greece !
This villa is definitively THE PLACE to be in Andros ! The villa is very well located with a breathtaking sea view and close by the lovely city of Chora, which has a unique beauty due to the combination of Venetian, Byzantine and Ottoman architecture. The villa is very spacious, tastefully decorated and very well maintained and equipped with an amazing pool and excellent cleaning and cooking services ! The booking, arrival and departure processes are very easy with many tips provided by the hosts who are very kind and reactive in case of need. Villa Diagoloi is an amazing villa to stay with your family and friends that I highly recommend !

Andros Villa
We stayed a week in the villa in August this year. We were 8 adults and 7 kids from 1 to 10 years old. We truly had a great time and the house far exceeded our expectations. There is lots of space for everybody. The setup of the rooms, dining room and terrasses setup is such that despite being a large group we could all enjoy some intimacy and accommodate heterogeneous schedules (i.e late nights, early starts, naps for babys etc…). The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you can hope for. Stunning view over the sea on Andros city that you can enjoy from almost every window. Marites is doing an amazing job at keeping the house nice and clean and is super flexible and accommodating. In addition to house cleaning she can also offered baby sitting. Panos and Krista were super nice to us and answered each and every request we had during our stay. The are staying in a separate appartement in the property but you will never hear or see them unless you ask. We would definitely comeback.

Villa tres agreable ! Vue magnifique! Décoration soignée ! Maison facile à vivre, tres spacieuse . Plusieurs espaces communs , plus ou moins abrités ou ensoleillés nous permettant de profiter de tous les instants de la journée quelque soit le temps ( et en particulier la force du vent ) Une superbe salle de jeu pour les enfants . Une cuisinière topissime ( sincèrement aucun restaurant ne lui arrive à la cheville ) Des hôtes charmants et très attentionnés ! Au total , vacances de rêves sur cette grande île des Cyclades peu touristique et charmante !

Un séjour de rêve dans un lieu magique
La découverte de la villa Dialogoi a dépassé toutes nos attentes. La villa est exceptionnelle, digne d'une villa d'architecte que l'on trouve dans les magazines en vue. Tout est aménagé et décoré avec le plus grand soin et des matériaux d'exception. La vue est époustouflante. Nous étions 2 familles avec des adolescents et jeunes adultes entre 13 et 23 ans, 10 personnes au total. La maison est si bien agencée et organisée qu'il y avait de la place pour chacun (les jeunes et les moins jeunes). Les chambres, très intimes et spacieuses sont décorées avec goût, équipées d'une salle de bain et la literie est excellente. Le service journalier de ménage est très apprécié, digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. La grande piscine et le bar attenant sont très agréables et ont fait la joie des jeunes et moins jeunes. C'est un endroit d'exception tenu par des hôtes attentifs et accueillants. Nous étions tristes de partir et aurions bien aimé prolonger d'une semaine. La proximité avec la charmante ville de Chora est très appréciée (les jeunes y sont sortis le soir et sont rentrés à pied). Une taverne à proximité immédiate de la maison sert de très bons plats avec une magnifique vue sur la baie. Nous reviendrons!

Parfait, propriété paradisiaque
Nous reviendrons, les hôtes sont charmants, la maison est très grande, joliment meublée, les lits sont très confortables, la prestation de ménage est plus qu'appréciable, la vue est superbe, nous étions 12 et n'avons pas senti le nombre de personnes. Le bar près de la piscine est très bien équipé, les jeunes et adultes ont apprécié la table de ping pong et grande salle de jeux, bref séjour magique !

Luxury scenic villa
Luxury scenic villa in hills outside Andros Town providing spacious living ideal for multiple families with 6 bedrooms all with air con(3 en suite) set over 3 floors. Unfortunately our snowflake British children are used to heated pools so the lovely well-equipped pool area was not used as much as it should have been.A few issues but owners and helpers on site quickly popped round. A great extra is the lovely Marites who cleans 5 hours a day and even washes the clothes.Great island for walkers with well marked routes, you soon see (and hear) why it is called the windy island. Short drive to beaches and restaurants.Owners very forbearing as trip on again off again with Covid situation and communication from Krista excellent
