This is a 2-room accommodation - it can be used as a 2-bdrm with no living room or a 1-bdrm and a living room (please read the description below).

Our apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Please acknowledge house rules before you book.

There is a modern kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, drinkware, dinnerware, cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine & complementary coffee pods, electric kettle, toaster/panini press. There is no cooktop due to the rules in the city of Amsterdam.

We offer flexible check-in/check-out, online and in-person local assistance so you will never feel like a tourist.

Location
A beautiful & spotless 2-room apartment in the UNESCO World Heritage Canal district, tucked away on a quiet street yet within walking distance from major attractions (Museum district, Rembrandt House, Dam square). Around the corner is Utrechtsestraat, a lively street that has been around since 1658. You can check out some of the best stores, cozy cafes, and trendy hotspots in town.

Description
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (equivalent to 2nd floor in the US) of a 19th century building. The apartment has two spacious rooms:. one has a queen size bed and opens to a beautiful balcony overlooking charming historical Amsterdam houses; one room faces a very quiet street with typical 17th century buildings, it has a comfortable daybed that converts to a queen bed (with regular mattress), dining table with 4 chairs, and TV.

Newly renovated luxury bathroom and a laundry closet with washing machine. Drying rack is provided.

Museums
Some museums like the Anne Frank House or the Van Gogh Museum require advance reservation. Tickets for a specific day/time slot can only be booked online. We suggest you check their website to ensure you get the most out of your travel experience.

Great location & great property
We had a great stay here. It was clean and comfortable. It is located outside the tourist district which made it perfect to get away from the tourist crowds. Everything was great. Only call out is the instructions left inside property probably need to be updated. Could not locate where to put the trash, not where it stated. The TV instructions need to be updated! We had to purchase toilet paper, not a big deal. Otherwise a great location and a great stay.

Beautiful Amsterdam Flat
We had a fantastic stay at this flat. The owners were welcoming and explained everything we needed to know upon arrival. The flat was clean and spacious. The owners also provided a guide for the area with activity and restaurant ideas. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Stay in Amsterdam!
I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment in the Canal District! The location was perfect--lots of restaurants, cafes, and stores around the corner. It is located on a cute, tree-lined street and the area is not as touristy as some other districts we explored, so it is quiet at night. The host Gabriela was so nice, responsive, and helpful when we checked in. The apartment was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. This is a great stay for groups since the toilet is conveniently located in a separate room from the shower. I would 100% stay here again or recommend it to anyone in my life who visits Amsterdam!

Great experience!
Amazing location! Apartment is on the cutest little street with many great restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket just around the corner with everything you need. The apartment itself is lovely and has a terrace overlooking the central gardens. Esther was very helpful and accomodating. Easy 25 minute walk to Jordaan. Overall, it was a great experience!

Lovely apartment in great neighborhood. Tjerk met us at door and showed us around the apt. Gave recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. Bed was comfortable. Charming and fun
The property was exactly as depicted, but the best was the owners. Tjerk personally welcomed us and gave us a tour of the apartment and introduced us to Amsterdam and providing recommendations. This very personalized touch was so unexpected and just made us feel at home instantly. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay. The apartment was conveniently located - close to the Tram line #4, stores (Albert Heijn) and eateries, and on a quiet residential street. It was an easy walk to all attractions, such as Anne Frank House and Albert Cuyp Market. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities for an ideal stay, including a washing machine. The bathroom was nicely renovated, with the toilet in a separate, SMALL 'water closet'. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and needs. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

Perfect Location and Apartment
Communication was exceptional. We had a suitcase that did not arrive with our flight. Came 2 days later. Property manager took care of delivery and also gave us great suggestions for restaurants, etc. Arranged for a taxi for our return to the airport for the flight home. Cozy apartment with everything you need. Clean comfortable beds and bedding. Quiet location on side street but near access to all museums, restaurants and other sites. If you enjoy walking, you can go just about anywhere in the city by foot. Other public transportation nearby too. Great choice!

Convenient and Quiet Location
We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location for exploring Amsterdam. The quiet location in a neighborhood away from tourist traffic was just what we wanted. Great stay in Amsterdam
The apt. was in a wonderful location on a great little street. There are many shops and restaurants right nearby. We walked to practically everything during our 4 night stay. The apt. was clean and the beds very comfortable. We were hoping it would be enough space for 4, and it was. The bed in the living room was perfect for my adult daughter and niece.
