"We loved our stay at the house of Alice. It is a beautifully decorated townhouse with plenty of space for 4 people. The village it’s in is so nice too, with great views.Only comment is that laundry isn’t in the unit. You can pay to have it done for you though."

"Circa 1500 house with 2 apartments. We rented both to accommodate our party of 6. Beautiful area of Tuscany. Michele gave us great recommendations of sights to see...the city of Cortona is a must! Provided a binder with maps and QR codes for resturants which was very helpful."

"We had a very nice and relaxing stay, many thanks to the friendly host. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The property is quietly located at the foot of the small town of Cortona, which is definitely worth a visit. The holiday home has a beautiful, large garden and pool. The landscape is beautiful and authentically Tuscan. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away."

"We were met by Fulvia and she explained everything about the house. She was also available to us anytime we had questions. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The house was in a good location to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed listening to the school children during our lunch time or watching them walk to school. We had 2 couples and the house had plenty of space. The outdoor deck was wonderful to have and watch the sunset and sip our wine. We had breakfast most mornings at...

"We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. We will definitely return - I strongly recommend their place!!One...

"My husband and I stayed for a week with our college age daughter. This is one of the most delightful places we have ever stayed. Casa delle Rondini was magical. We woke every morning to the spectacular view of the vineyards, and had breakfast in the lovely garden. We watched the sun set at night over the vines and hills. Total. 1 for each bathroom. There were 5 of us and we stayed Mon-Thu. Kind of odd…Other than that, it was great. Would do it again."

"Very thoughtfully restored old Villa just minutes from Cortona . The house and grounds are exactly as pictured. The very private road that leads there is a bit rough and seems very remote at first but after you venture out once you see that every convenience is minuets away and beautiful Cortona as well. A car is a good idea if you plan to go around Tuscany. 2 trains in town go everywhere but it helps to get to train and town with a car. The host is very responsive and hands on."

"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"
