The views from the hotel are truly stunning, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. Service was consistently average, both at reception and in the breakfast area.
I had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, both at the same price, but the disparity in quality was quite disappointing. While our friends received a spacious room with multiple windows, including a bay window, we were given a much smaller room with only a small window. It's hard to justify charging the same rate for two such different rooms.
I wasnāt expecting luxury, but overall, the stay felt underwhelming. The staff didnāt seem particularly enthusiastic or welcoming, which added to the lackluster impression.
With just a bit more attention to detail and effort, this hotel has the potential to be much better.
