"Family was in town for a baseball tournament. Was a great quiet place that was clean and well maintained. Pond was fun to fish in. Lots of nice areas to hang out outside or inside. Would definitely come back!"

"We just pulled back in our driveway after an amazing 2 days at this little slice of just absolute bliss. Cabins were new, the bed was comfy and nothing beats walking barefoot through the stream or sitting around the fire pit. Gorgeous views when the sun burns through the fog in the mornings too. We're definitely coming back! We were there with two other couples and you wouldn't even have known. The pollinator garden was a nice touch too. hank you! "

"We came up over the Independence Day holiday and really enjoyed our stay. First, the hosts are so responsive. Had a couple minor issues to deal with, nothing that could have been anticipated or prevented, and our hosts were quick to respond and get things set right. Could not say enough about their responsiveness. The unit is very big, compared to others in the area. We had four adults and could have accommodated four more. Didn't even use one of the three bedrooms. Very well equipped property...

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spectacular views. The property was exactly as advertised and pictures were accurate. Kitchen had everything you need if you decide to cook-in. Pots and pans in great shape. This was the best of any rental that we have stayed in. It is a lovely property. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent again."

"We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! "

"This was a great house in the mountains. It was clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was amazing, allowing us to sit and watch nature, with our pup joining in on the family activity. Bring food and drinks and enjoy nature in this comfortable home. You could go out to eat, but you have to navigate the windy mountain roads, and everything is 20 plus minutes away. Try the CrabTree Falls hike, about 10 miles down the road, the views were spectacular. The owner was easy to...

"Our communication with the host was excellent and Scott was very responsive to answer any questions about the property. His recommendations on where to eat and local attractions were very helpful. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking and kayaking on the Rivanna River. This was our first trip to Wintergreen Resort and we will definitely be back."

"Such a lovely stay!I had the best time at the Whimsical Creekside Cabin. The place is super cozy and peaceful—just what I needed to unwind. The sound of the creek, the comfy setup, and all the little thoughtful touches made it feel really special. It was clean, charming, and felt like a little hidden gem in nature."

"This property was perfectly situated just blocks away from the heart of downtown Lynchburg and the river/trails! It was decorated so cute with all the amenities needed for a cross country trip! We would definitely come back here!"

"Property was one of the best I’ve booked thru Vrbo. Lisa was always prompt with all my questions and informing us on restaurant choices. Very peaceful location with lots of hummingbirds. "My husband and I rented this beautiful serene house as a quite get away for our 53rd anniversary. It was all anyone could ask for and more. We were even surprised to find a dozen red roses and a card from the owner wishing us a happy anniversary. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding trees and wildlife. There was even a resident deer that bedded down under the front porch everyday. "This was by far the most clean, organized, and welcoming VRBO we have stayed in. Because of its distance to a town, Maria let us know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly. She went out of her way to make sure we had access to the home that best fit our schedule. The house is beautifully decorated, has quality linens, nicely done appliances, and small comforts of home.
