I booked this on 21st or 23rd dec and had been asking for check in details of the property all the way up to the date of checkin. I only received the checkin details at 10am on the day of checkin. "the check in details were so unclear we couldn't access the property and even now, two weeks after our return the customer support teams , local nor national have not called us despite numerous calls throughout every day of our stay , at various times and during the stated office hours to try to contact them. The lines after us selecting options about the call type just rang out( disconnected)Absolutely unforgiveable. We only managed to get a key from the neighbouring house( where we parked)...
