"We had a great stay at Rose Bank. The property itself was lovely and exactly as the pictures. The beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, and lounge area cosy and plenty room for us all. The location is just outside Hawkshead, a great base to explore the local area. "

"Good location, spacious, and fairly close to centre. Property needs some TLC from thd outside, dont think it had been occupied for a while as it was very musty smelling, which took a good few days to subside after heating helped dry out .Old fashioned furniture, but Overall, had a nice stay ."
