"This amazing home was ideal for our group of five families celebrating a 50th birthday. There was something for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The adults also went wine tasting to some of the many, many nearby wineries. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with anything we needed including kitchen supplies, games, and pool towels. Beds were very comfortable including the four extra single beds which were easy to set up. Communicating with the owner was no problem....

"The Chalet was clean and well-kept, the provided instructions for our stay were so easy and clear, the amenities were plentiful and as advertised, and we have never had the pleasure of working with a host as attentive, kind and pleasant as Chris! The location is beautiful and was perfect for a quiet weekend away from 4th of July fireworks (my dog doesn’t do well with fireworks). "I would stay there again "

"Nestled between the secluded outdoors and vineyards, this place makes you feel like you’re somewhere special…because you are! If you like beautiful views all to yourself, then you’ll really like this place. It’s definitely off the beaten path, but also not difficult to find. Communication with the host is perfect, and they can help you navigate if you need it. Be prepared and pack your meals! It’ll be worth it. Near some great wineries too, to stock up and take back to enjoy on the patio. "

"Very nice little place in between both regions of wine area ! Easy to go to both local CVA !There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room ! Instructions were simple to follow ! If we visit the area again we will for sure book this again ! I would not recommend for more then 4 people "

"my family had an event in Shingle Springs and we ended up staying at this wonderful place. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let other people know of this gem. Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. There is a regular size fridge (love it) and anything you need to be able to cook meals there. The yard is safely fenced in and we had our puppy and that worked out great. "House was very comfortable and inviting. Awesome backyard with a large patio, bbq’s and shade galore. Cute treehouse too! This is our second time visiting and hope it’s not the last!"

"Had a great time and enjoyed the house, pool and surrounding towns. Overall the house is really well equipped and fits lots of people comfortably. The water is very hard and metallic, but they have a filtered drinking water tap so it wasn’t an issue, just something to know about the area. "
