"We stayed at this lake house for a weekend away from our daily busy lives. This home was so relaxing and had the most incredible views. We enjoyed the outdoors with fishing off the dock and the cool evenings by the fireplace. The host was very responsive and communicated with the us throughout our stay whenever we had questions. We will be back here again with our family. Truly a wonderful experience."

"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...

"Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

"My husband, I and our two granddaughters, ages 7 and 15, had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay. Very comfortable accommodations, spectacular view and location right on Lake Champlain. "First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. "My partner and I (both in our early 60’s) stayed here in the Fall. Crisp air. Lake and mtn views. Fire pit. House warm on cold nights. We brought our own pillows and quilts. We cozied up on the recliner couch with our quilts and watched movies. We baked cookies and made all of our meals. The oven runs about 25 degrees too hot so keep that in mind for baking. We will be back for sure!! Owners are the best!! We called for help with an issue and he was there so fast. We stayed an extra night....

"We found the cabin to be all that we needed for our trip to North Hero. Our purpose was to visit our niece and her family who live in the area with our newest family member who was born in July. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was comfortable, secluded, peaceful, charming and nice and simple. Totally chilled out and relaxed in the pleasant and beautiful lakeside retreat. Did some kayaking and swimming...Had a bonfire.. Did some site seeing...Don't miss Ausable Chasm and Texas Red Hots (2miles north). The owners, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Grounds were clean. Brought our dog, Zoey and she enjoyed it too. The getaway we needed. Thank you"

"L'Hotel était parfaite, juste un petit commentaire le samedi matin la préposé au déjeuner ne s'occupait pas des plats je n'ai jamais un déjeuner avec presque rien, pas de gaufre, etc C'est le seul mauvais commentaire que j'ai a faire pour le reste tout était ok.
