"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...
