"Nice little cottage in neighborhood of about 20 similar houses. Easy access from main road. My only advice to owner is to remove a lot of the knick knacks, there’s too much stuff in such a small house. We would stay here again."

"We have stayed in Sugar Mtn countless times over the decades, both in houses and condos, and we thoroughly enjoyed this round house. It was clean and well-stocked and having two toilets upstairs was nice. My husband and I (in our 60's) stayed in the basement in the bunk beds, a first, and we have never experienced a spiral staircase like that! For anyone very overweight or with bad knees, I would suggest you enter that room using the outside stairs from the deck and avoid the staircase. Despite...

"We had a great time at the treehouse! There was more than enough room for my family of 5. We all had so much fun. Beautiful view. The only thing that i could say is. There wasnt enough curtains to cover all the windows. They had a sign that said leave door locked for bears (paraphrasing) and my kids were terrified at night. "My teen daughters and I stayed here 4 nights and used the cabin as a home base for a service project. The cabin was a comfy safe haven for us when we were none weary and sore! "The house was in an amazing location and there were plenty of attractions within a short drive of the house. John was the most helpful host we have ever worked with, he was easily accessible the entire weekend and called to welcome us upon arrival. "Well stocked with everything you may need to have a great vacation. Love the layout of two bedrooms split by a tiny hallway with a bathroom. The other half of the cabin is a large open living room/kitchen/dining area. Quiet area with tons of deer that just graze right beside the road and don’t spook easily. Definitely highly recommended."

"My Sons and I had a wonderful stay at “The Big Rock” property. We woke up to deer eating the crab apples every morning. The large rock is a perfect place to just sit and enjoy the pond and scenery. We caught plenty of bluegill and a few small bass in the pond. There was also a little pontoon and kayak the kids had a blast using. We will hopefully be returning soon. Lance was by far the best Host I have ever encountered. Anything we needed or any question were answered right away.."
