"Loved these cabins! They were small but had a lot of space, included extra blankets and pillows which I loved. They allow dogs for an additional charge which is fine. I wish more places allowed dogs for free but it’s their business and they can choose what they want. The employee/ owner?? That checked us in was very nice, overall an awesome place! Will definitely be back, tons of deer in the area , that was cool! "

"The place was roomy and accommodating. We had 4 guys, so it was nice not to have to share beds and to be able to spread out the snorers. Pros: -Spacious open feel -Hot tub -Everything as advertised -About as close to Wolf Creek as you can get Cons: (these are minor picky things) -Cookware was pretty basic -Had to do some snow shoveling to access the back porch -for some reason I imagined a remote cabin with a pond- it was actually a complex of many cabins on the property- but still quiet...

"It was lovely we hiked a lot , Pagosa Hot Springs did a little tubing down the Rio Grande! Did a fair amount of hot tubbing in the evening. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do! The cabin was nicely, nestled and felt very private."

"Enjoyed our stay. Close to South Fork, easy striking distance to Creede, Wolf Creek Pass and other activities. Hot tub and fire place great for a long day of activities."

"Great location for our family to meet. The home is spacious with comfortable beds and large kitchen area. The property could use some TLC but overall love the place."

"This is a beautiful property with beautiful cabins and great hosts! Coffee was amazing! We loved this place so much, we wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely plan on going back!!"

"The house was very nice and clean. There are just two of us, so we only used the downstairs. I took a peek at the upstairs and there was lots of room for at least four more people. We went to several nearby lakes and caught fish. The river behind the house is beautiful and very accessible for fishing. We are older and wading is a thing of the past for us but I would imagine the fly fishing is wonderful. We would definitely stay again."

"Overall a pleasant place to stay for a few nights. The little cabin was clean and cozy. The down side is the traffic on Wolf Creek pass can be heard inside the cabin. There is a black widow living under the wood burning stove. The bathtub is very slow to drain. I would book this for a weekend getaway again. "

"Bill was great to work with he came over and plowed the dive so we could get to the house. We had nearly 16 inches of snow the night we got there. He explained how to use the pool, hot tub, and sauna. We had a wonderful time watching wildlife in the yard. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for about a week! It was absolutely stunning. The hot tub was amazing and it was very clean. My only complaints was the hot water did not last very long for the shower and we did get lost trying to find the cabin. However, it was a small romantic place to stay! "

"The cabin and stay was amazing. The only reason for the 4-star instead of 5-star review is the living room furniture. I rented 2 cabins for this stay, Champoluc for my family and The Sequoia for my grandparents. Unfortunately my grandparents were unable to use the sofa and chair in the living room, as they are elderly and were unable to get out of either due to them being so worn and caved in. Everything else was absolutely perfect"

"Great location and facility! The river is right outside your back door. Also reasonably priced. We had two couples and one single so each group had a floor to themselves. Close to Creed where they have top notch professional theare. We went in mid August so just know that at the end of the summer there are very few restuarants open in the evening at Creed or South Fork. I would definately suggest this place for families and large groups."

"Quite and comfortable - the flowing river was clean, clear and soothing. Host was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location was perfect and we had a good time exploring other places around us. Totally recommend to anyone. We look forward to another stay. "

"This property has it all! All the amenities you could need and a great location! We could not find one thing to complain about. Adults had space and the kiddos had a space as well which was great! "Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor area. It was perfect for our family visit to Pagisa Springs and Great Sand Dunes NP. Will definitely stay again and will recommend this home to everyone we know!"

"The staff were so kind and competent. The rooms were very nice and had a lot of cool stuff for guests to use. Hammocks, coolers, walking sticks, bikes, and other things that would be useful.
