"Great spot, full kitchen which was awesome. Beds were a bit creaky but overall was great. Would stay again for sure!"

"I had a 6 am flight so chose Blue House Suite because it's very near (2 miles) the airport. I previously stayed at a motel a couple miles further south for this purpose, and it was cold and noisy. "Loved the location, atmosphere/aesthetic of the house and the responsiveness of the host. Around the house, there were labels and helpful instructions that made our stay easier. The host was really great. The house was clean and beautiful. I like to visit Eugene at least once a year and will definitely be booking here again!"

"Fantastic place in a great neighborhood! So convenient close to everything. The room is well decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The owners are excellent hosts. We will definitely return whenever we have something happening in Eugene! "

The communication was outstanding from Terry and he double checked on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful inside and out. "My son and I had a great time attending a Beavs football game! The cottage is super-cute and has everything we needed. Only concern is that we were unable to get heat, even after contacting the property owner. This was not disastrous in September."

"Great location as we came down for OSU parents weekend. Loved having space for our golden retriever and being able to make own meals rather than staying in a hotel. Beautiful property and loved the water feature outside the living room windows. "

"Eve was responsive and helpful to our questions and requests. We enjoyed meeting her. The apartment is SMALL, as described. The bed is comfortable. You can cook or microwave food. You can not see the address from the street. There is a large fence, behind which is the house and then the cottage behind that. The area is fairly near to many interesting areas of Eugene. There is a good bakery and a laundromat nearby."

"A couple of friends and I stayed here while attending a 5 day class in Corvallis. It was the right distance to feel truly separate from everything, and still feel in the mix of everything when we wanted to be. It was a great home base to cook meals and have personal space while also getting into the downtown area for meals and walks along the river as well as classes."
