Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!"

The room is very nice and the view uou have is wonderful, and as you arrive at the 12th floor for breakfast you will be impacted for another wonderful view fron Innsbruck!!! And people is very kind and service very good!!! "
