"Travelled to attend a gig at the Veltins Arena and on arrival we were greeted by wonderful staff with great conversation and hospitality. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and also a perfect location for attending the arena. 100% recommend! "
"Dejligt ophold hvor man følte sig velkommen. Gammel sygehus som er bygget om og med rigtig god stil. Det var mere et fællesskab end et ophold, slet ikke hotel. Super søde værter! OBS på fælles bad/toliet...men dejligt rent med håndklæder og alt.

"Het is een heel fijn hotel. De omgeving scoort wat minder, maar dat is eigenlijk geen minpunt. Het hotel was uitgekozen omdat het tegenover het winkelcentrum CentrO ligt. De omgeving is dus niet ‘mooi’ maar wel erg handig gelegen tov het winkelcentrum "
"Auch wenn es bei der mageren Ausstattung des Einzelzimmers etwas zu kritisieren gibt (nur 1 Wandhaken, keine besondere Ablagemöglichkeit für die Wäsche, man muss sozusagen aus dem Koffer leben), doch es bleibt angesichts der nachhaltigen nostalgischen Ausstattung des Hotels ein positiver Gesamteindruck.

"Das Hotel war insgesamt völlig in Ordnung sauber, gut organisiert und mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nicht luxuriös, aber alles war funktional und gepflegt. Die Lage für meine Zwecke praktisch.
Keine besonderen Highlights, aber auch keine echten Schwächen. Daher von mir trotz der Schlichtheit eine volle Punktzahl für Verlässlichkeit, Sauberkeit und das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

"Room was clean and tidy. Even though there was construction around there was not a noise issue when I was there. Breakfast was typical Continental Style with cold cuts yogurt cereal but there was no hot options such as eggs or sausages. Nothing special but adequate. Overall, I would definitely stay here again"

What impressed me most was that it was quiet.....
For a family Oberhausen has everything: Good schools....ice skating....beautiful football field.....a forest 100 meters from the hotel.... great bakeries....
The restuarant in the hotel was fantastic....
Nice people....great food.....
The steak, literally, was like butter.....
And my guests said their food was also delicious....
