"The property is great and very comfortable, but the space is smaller than promoted. We were two and it felt like we barely fit in the bed. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place!"

"Em minha reserva solicitei cama extra q não foi colocada, um de meus filhos teve q dormir no sofá cama, super desconfortável. As camareiras só arrumavam os banheiros, mas não deixavam toalhas suficientes, todos os dias tive q solicitar mais toalhas de banho. Em 2 dias nem as camas arrumaram. Localização ruim, sem carro nada se faz. Café da manhã ruim poucas opções e local super apertado apenas 3 mesas e uma bancada."

"This is an apartment complex that rents out unleased units. It’s really nice, clean & spacious for the money. Great location as well. Walking to shops and restaurants and the Buckhead theater which is why we were in town. It was a little warm in our unit but we informed maintenance, and the windows open which helped cool it down. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I loved almost everything about this place, but there were a couple of downsides. The positives: The building was very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-stocked with essentials. I would definitely book this place again if I'm in the area. The drawbacks: The water pressure in the shower was quite poor. Only one of the four elevators was working in a building with over 20 floors. My husband and I had to take the stairs...

"The property was very clean and accommodated our families. We were in town for a soccer showcase tournament and really were there to put our heads to bed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Location-wise, this was perfect and only 20 minutes to the fields we were playing on. Whoever rented previously left dishes in the washer and never ran it, so they were disgusting, but not a reflection of the owner. Sometimes people just forget to press wash. The railing on the back deck is quite loose...

"From the gorgeously furnished living rooms, to the whimsical details in the TWO basement level bars, to the resort-quality pool and the comfortable beds and bathrooms, this was the best experience we've ever had renting a property! Wait, don't forget the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, butler's pantry and dining room! And the comfy "gentleman's lounge". And the pool house BBQ...Not a single thing was overlooked, and the property manager was immediately available at all times to answer...

"The pictures looked great. Good location and included parking. But upon arrival the parking was hard to find. The building is in less than good condition. Odors in the main hallway to the unit. The unit itself is in poor condition. They make a point to enforce their cleanliness and don’t stain anything policy but the unit was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills. Bathroom old and used. Kitchen cupboards and doors lopsided and stained. Clocks on appliances not set. Lighting not working in...

"Otimo quarto, mas o banheiro tinha pia entupida e chuveiro jorrando água pra todos os lados. Pedimos o reparo, mas embora tenham dito ter sido feito, apenas limparam a pia. No dia seguinte pela manhã verificaram de fato os problemas e nos deram outro quarto..."

"Hotel muito bom, facil acesso e com opções de restaurantes proximos. O que mata no hotel é o cafe da manha que custa 19 dolares e nao tem nada de especial acaba pagando o valor mas comendo pao e suco apenas. Deveriam repensar este quesito. Mas o hotel em si eh super agradável e limpo. Foi modernizado a pouco tempo pelo visto."
