"Where to begin? The “villa” had only one correct description. Magnificent views (only seen if you are standing…). None of the four advertised bedrooms were usable due to toxic extremely strong smell of the mildew. Black mold on the ceiling in all bathrooms, wet linens due to humidity, unkept grounds, weak wifi, pigeon excrements in the outside “pizza oven” but the best is yet to come! "The property is emaculate a true dream and beautifully kept. The history of the house is clear and Simonetta gives you a history and full tour of the property upon arrival. If you've seen the pictures they don't do justice to the property. Only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer."

"Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben sehr schön, es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, draußen haben uns besonders die Plastiksessel gefallen (sind auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen), die waren sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Alessandro hat uns sehr gut betreut. Wann immer wir eine Frage hatten, haben wir spätestens nach maximal 2 Stunden eine Antwort per whatsapp gehabt. Einmal war die Heizung ausgefallen, da ging es alles noch...

"Grundsätzlich haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet genug Platz für 3-4 Personen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und man bekommt von den Nachbarn so gut wie nichts mit. Der Garten ist durch Bananenstauden etc. sehr grün und man kann die Abende und Morgende sehr genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin beschränkt sich auf WhatsApp, was bei all der Freundlichkeit + Tipps zum Ausgehen in Albenga gut passt. Einzig und allein die Grundsauberkeit ist zu bemängeln. "Die Aussicht und das Meer waren super. Das Haus mit den vielen Plätzchen zum Verweilen traumhaft."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem wirklich super ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Alles, was wir brauchten, war auch vorhanden. Es gab eine fantastische Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke und auch die Strandlinie war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot. Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds)."
