Experience Alpena, MI, from this beautifully renovated, family-friendly home in a safe, convenient neighborhood. Just a block from Lake Huron's sandy shores and a short walk to downtown’s shops and restaurants, you’ll love the location.

The spacious home features a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, central AC, and a cozy office nook. There’s a main-level bedroom with a twin bed, and upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, including one with a king bed. A nursery nook with books, games, and a crib is also upstairs.

Enjoy a partially fenced backyard with a gas grill, fire pit, and seating, perfect for family time. Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

For your comfort, linens and towels are provided, along with free high-speed Wi-Fi, 3 Roku smart TVs, and USB-equipped table lamps. TVs are streaming-ready for your personal accounts (no cable service).

Guests have full access to the home and yard. We're nearby and happy to assist if you need anything during your stay. We're known for our quick responses and great hospitality.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the Alpena Bi-Path offers scenic biking, running, and walking paths along the river. Nearby parks, sandy beaches, and a seasonal splash pad make it perfect for outdoor lovers. The downtown area is a short walk or bike ride away, offering more great places to explore.

Parking is available for one vehicle to the right and up to two more behind the home via a shared driveway.
Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, request for repair service, or otherwise. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues reported after check out. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman/technician access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required.
