"We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed breakfast on the shaded patio. There are food trucks and a bar in walking distance and the host was very communicative. The home is well lived, but the AC in the 3 rooms worked well and we slept comfortably."

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

"I rented this place to visit OSJ and the spot was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep and drink some Medalla on the balcony. It's an old building so it is what it is. It's hot in OSJ but the 3 climatization units helped keep the place cool enough to sleep well. There was no wi-fi at the time of our visit. Renting this apartment was easy and the owner was responsive. A toaster would have been great for breakfast. The pub is closed, so we we not bothered by noise at any time. Overall, I...

"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay."

"We loved our stay here - the apartment is toward the back of the building so it’s quiet! But all of the history, culture and bustling street life of Viejo San Juan is right out the front door. "O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Da pra ir andando para o pier dos cruzeiros. Nao é ruim, mas pelo preço poderia oferecer mais. O quarto é OK. O banheiro, idem. Nao ha interfones do quarto para a recepção. Precisa fazer uma chamada internacional para falar com eles, se nao possuir celular americano. Não me impressionou! O cafe da manhã é terceirizado, e apesar de gostoso é tudo muito restrito 1 creme para o cafe, 1 geleia etc."
