The location is ideal for beach lovers, just a short distance from the stunning Costa da Caparica Beach. Spend your days basking in the sun, swimming in crystal-clear waters, or enjoying various water sports activities. Plenty of attractions are also nearby if you're in the mood for exploration.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door that leads onto a balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

There are two rooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second features a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens and are beautifully connected, allowing you to enter a charming balcony and enjoy the picturesque views.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Costa da Caparica is a coastal neighbourhood in Almada, near Lisbon, Portugal. It is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, lively atmosphere, and various water sports activities. The area offers a range of amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops, and beachfront promenades, making it a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, C Cap Av Dr Aresta Branco 13 (Rotunda), is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
