"Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. Frankly...

"The staffs grandmother was exceptionally rude and I caught the staff looking through the vent in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also my wife and I were experiencing some car trouble and we called to let them know we were running a little late that we were planning on staying I just had to get the car to fixed and we would be on the way. The staff charged us a late fee even though we had planned on staying. We paid the late fee and got our belongings and got a room somewhere else due to...

"The room was not in good shape at all. There was a large gap under the door that you could hear the noise and also let a breeze in from outside. No utensils or anything for the kitchenette area. The outlet in the bathroom area didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder. The shower rod was hanging on by a thread as well as the vent in the ceiling. Also the checkout time was 11a not noon as you have on your site. "
