"We decided to do a last-minute trip for my son’s 19th birthday. He had been talking snowboarding, so when I saw this listing near JackFrost/BigBoulder it looked perfect. The owner, Will, was very nice & answered all my questions before I made the booking. It was just perfect for our weekend. Very cozy with the gas fireplace. It snowed on Sunday which made it even better. Perfectly located only 15min from Big Boulder where my son ended up getting a personal snowboarding lesson because he was a...

"The property was accurate to the listing , clean , and inviting. The procedures for disposing of trash at the compactor and utilizing the other amenities were also well laid out and easy to follow. My group was at an all day event for most of our stay, but the clean and warm house to come back to turned the trip from good to great "

Two of the beds were comfortable but the third was in need of a new mattress. The deck was also in need of some attention as there were some loose boards causing a couple of us to trip while crossing it.
