"The eleven of us had a fantastic week at Petrichor! There was plenty of space for our three generations in four families to spend time together, or retreat to privacy. The home was immaculate, and extremely well stocked with everything from pantry staples to kitchen necessities to games to pool toys! The views from the living rooms and decks were just stunning-many hours were spent watching the boats and the wildlife! The lower level game room was a hit with the kids, and the pool was perfect...

"I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

"Cute cozy cottage across the street from the lake! Description could be better to say that it’s across the street from the lake (can’t really tell from the pictures) but does have lake access! House was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials! Front porch was a great place to relax and watch the lake and fireworks! "Wonderful rental in Holland MI. Comfortable accommodations and seems very recently renovated. Close to the downtown area with lots of Restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market twice a week. Lovely fire pit that we used every evening. The owner not only set it up ready to go for our first evening but cleaned it up each day! Plenty of firewood and essentials on premise. There is also a nice hot tub however we did not get a chance to use it. The entire stay did not disappoint! "

"This was our 2nd time staying here. The cabin is rustic but it is clean and had the basics we needed for a weekend getaway. It did the trick in helping us unwind from the hubbub of life and get back to experiencing the simple things in life. There was a nice breeze off the lake while we were there so we had the windows open and were quite comfortable. The cabin is right next to the boat launch so every now and then there’s the typical boat traffic going in/out of the lake but it didn’t intrude...

"This was such a fun stay and Denise was a great host! If you’re going to spend time in the Douglas/Saugatuck area and don’t want to drive, check out the Interurban shuttle. They picked us up/dropped us off at the property so we could spend the evening in Saugatuck. The beach, hiking trails, shopping, dining and drinks are so close. This place has great proximity to everything. "
