Beautiful 3 bed villa with spacious garden within 3km from the stunning golden beaches and in the heart of the Natural Reserve of the 'Vicentina' West Coast.
Fully refurbished in 2020, the villa is spacious, fully equipped and tastefully decorated with lots of natural light. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay with family and friends in an unspoilt area, close to nature!
In the winter, make use of the fireplace (wood included) to make cosy nights. All bedrooms also have heating included.
The kitchen / dining / lounge are is open-plan and cable TV and Wifi is included.
With 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Each bedroom has a large double be and we can also provide twin beds in 1 bedroom.
There is another large bathroom with bath and shower.
There is plenty of outdoor space, a BBQ and outdoor dining for all guests.
The garden has a mixture of native and ornamental plants such as the palm tree, aloe vera, bougainvillea and the wild strawberry bush (medronho). Pick fresh aromatic herbs from the garden such as parsley, rosemary, sage, bay leaf, thyme, basil (depending on season) for use in the kitchen.
There are nice coastal walks in natural parkland to enjoy.
The nearest viewpoint over the Atlantic is just 10min walk.
Surfing and body boarding / tennis: The beaches around Vale da Telha offer some of the best surfing conditions in Europe with pristine waters and waves for all levels of surfers. The local beaches of Arrifana and Monte Clerigo are popular surf spots but within 20 km there are numerous other beaches such as Amoreira, Amado and Carrapateira.
There are also surf shops in nearby Vales (5 km) where you can hire equipment and take lessons with qualified teachers.
Tennis
Within 5 minutes from the villa, there are hard court tennis courts to use at your leisure (subject to a small fee).
Here you can make the most of the warm climate and good light until evening to enjoy a game of tennis.
Tennis equipment (2 rackets and balls) are provided at no extra cost.
Outdoor activities (walking, cycling, adventure): Walking routes
Being so close to the coast, Vale da Telha has many options for walkers with an ideal climate, few cars and a natural park where many routes go through natural heather land and unique vegetation, giving great views over the Atlantic.

A Horse riding centre is available nearby in Vale da Telha which can cater for all types of abilities.
Other outdoor activities:
Adventure seekers should head for the Monchique Hills (just 30kms east of Aljezur) where a well-established company runs canoeing trips, mountain biking, rock climbing and guided walking tours for all interests and abilities.
Places to visit: Monchique (highest point in Algarve, mountain village and spa):
A great day trip, within easy reach of Aljezur, is a visit to the Monchique Hills which is a unique, forested area sitting on top of the Algarve at 900 metres altitude. Here, you can find an historic spa town founded by the Romans and be refreshed and reinvigorated by the cool mountain air.
Odeceixe (rural village with beautiful beaches):
Exploring the coast just north of Aljezur is the small village of Odeceixe which has a lovely long unspoilt beach as well as a river beach, ideal for families, picnics and exploring the river bank .
The area is calm and family oriented with facilities for visitors.
Sagres(Algarve’s most westerly point):
Under an hours drive from Aljezur, visitors come here to admire the wild, unspoilt coastline of this unpopulated region. St Vincent’s Cape is the most westerly point of the Algarve and is marked by a lighthouse and a maritime museum in the old fort.
