"Había muchas comodidades, el dueño nos dejó entrar antes de la hora y salir cuando quisieramos. Casa en reforma. Wc nuevos. Faltaría mejorar almohadas y camas. Y construir una buena barbacoa. Pero estuvimos muy agusto."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Villa Panorama. On cherchait un endroit calme avec une belle vue, et on a été plus que comblés : la vue est encore plus impressionnante que sur les photos ! La maison est confortable, bien équipée, et les différentes terrasses face à la mer sont idéales pour se détendre et profiter du paysage.Le propriétaire remet un guide très pratique, grâce auquel on a pu faire une sortie en bateau avec un superbe coucher de soleil au Portet, ainsi qu’une après-midi kayak...

Moraira is beautiful and the villa was in a great location with lovely restaurants close by and an easy walk into the main town and beach. Paz is a great host, always responsive, very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend the area and villa. "

"Anfangs Oktober, bei herrlichen Wetterbedingungen, verbrachten wir (5-köpfige Familie) eine Woche auf dem "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, auch dank der Wahl dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Gesamthaft sehr stimmig, sei es die Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre, Garten oder der Ausblick. Beschreibung ist zutreffend, es ist alles wie angezeigt. Unkompliziertes "self check-in", gleichzeitig haben sich die Vermieter aktiv erkundigt und wären bei Bedarf immer erreichbar gewesen....

"Nice house with bathrooms for almost all bedrooms. The host was nice and answers all questions. The pool and garden is nice. Very close to the tram station. The only things we missed were a supermarket and a restaurant in the area. It was easy to reach by the tram. But you have to adapt to the time table. I Can anyhow recommend the house and the host. "

"We had a fantastic stay, it was useful having the supermarket so close, as we were self-catering. The kitchen was well kitted out. Lovely pool! Short drive to a variety of beaches. "Das Haus ist wunderschön in toller Lage . Voll Ausgestattet für einen schönen Urlaub . Mängel : Sauberkeit könnte man noch verbessern . Zu wenig Handtücher für die Personenzahl .Teilweise Bettwäsche mit Löchern und Verfärbungen . Übergabe und Abnahme vom Hausmeister war nicht in Ordnung. Am Abreisetag kam er nicht und wir mussten nach Benissa fahren um uns die Rest Kaution von ihm zu holen . Da frag ich mich für was 35 € für Check in und Check out zu zahlen."

"Our group, consisting of three people, moved into Casa Kathleen for just under a week. The view of the Mediterranean is a dream.It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or one of the many villages. You will find one or more places for all activities such as hiking, culture and culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.This vacation was one that rekindled my desire to travel."

"Our second stay at the property for 6 weeks .Location is wonderful situated in a quiet residential are with amazing views. Communication with the owner is great if you have any queries. Would certainly consider returning to the property."

"Villa is very clean and modern. All as in photos. I travelled with small children and it was surprise that 3 of 4 bedrooms are on basement (17 step) or 4 step if you go trough garage by steep ramp. Pool (21 Celsius) cost separately 105/week but this was mentioned in the ad also. Area very quiet and peaceful. Closest shop/bar is 2km so it is better to have car."

"Han sido unos días geniales. Las vistas de la casa son increíbles. La tranquilidad, la piscina muy bien la distribución Para nosotros fue genial, pero la alquilamos entera. Para lo espectacular que resulta la casa creo que deberían cuidar más la limpieza (cortinas, barbacoa utensilios de cocina y poner algún sistema para que no entre la luz por las ventanas si no quieres madrugar. P"

"We had a great stay at Sven's villa with our two young children (4 years and 9 months). We enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor space. Although artificial (or real) grass would've been much more preferable to gravel, but we managed.With lots of seating areas, we could catch the sun throughout the day and super well equipped villa made cooking for children and adults very easy. The area is very quiet and easily accessible by car. We are very pleased with our time at the villa."

"Absolutely brilliant, great villa little hard to find and a very steep drive but apart from that we all loved it , the outside was just perfect for us . The hosts were great when needed. Would definitely recommend this villa.we all had a great holiday!! Thank you "

"Die Bäder sind ziemlich neu. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen. Die Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern hätten auch eine Renovierung nötig "
