The Calabona apartment is located in a small building close to the center of Alghero, facing the sea, located on the first floor, has an internal living area of 110 m² with a large furnished veranda overlooking the sea.

The neighbourhood is characterized by peace and silence.

Available to our guests are outdoor furniture, solar awning, TV, washing machine, dryer, Dyson vacuum cleaner, Lavazza coffee machine.

The house is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment is located close to the center of Alghero near the Lungomare Valencia, near the center, with access to the beach (on the cliff) below the house. The small beach of Calabona is about 10 minutes walk from the house.

Close to the apartment there is a bathing establishment (Il Riservato), with sunbeds and deckchairs, open from morning until late at night, so that you can enjoy the sea, an aperitif and nightlife, all exactly close to home.

Its main advantage is that it is close to the center of Alghero, so you don't need a car to go out in the evening. The apartment is located in an elegant and well-served area, with various activities in the immediate vicinity, which can be enjoyed without the use of a car.

The house consists of three large bedrooms and a large living room, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), tastefully furnished kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, large living room with sea view and large terrace with view. on the gulf where you can eat and have breakfast with family or friends, admiring the summer sunsets.

The location of this apartment is enchanting, located as it is near the sea and a short distance from the historic center of Alghero.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer. Ironing board and iron, bed linen and towels, 50-inch television.
