"Our stay was great, the only issue was our first room. When we walked in, it looked like someone had laid down in the bed, comforter folded down, pillows messed up. We took a picture and show the front desk lady and asked if that was normal. She immediately apologized and gave us a different room. She was so nice about it. We were not upset, laughed about it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay."

"Was pet friendly, right off the highway, and had a small pet area for our dog. Front desk was very nice. My only “complaint” that wasn’t really a complaint was just that the floor we were on had a very heavy air freshener smell, so did our room. Beds were very comfy. Toiletries options were very nice. "

"this place is old but well kept. it has a special elegance and style that you don't see every day. to get to stay here with all it's history is so neat.. to realize it was built in 1908 is amazing. words can't describe it. you need to see and stay at this place to realize what is right here in our state of louisiana"
