Carnegie Bay Cottage is ideally located within walking distance of downtown Alexandria Bay, where you'll find restaurants, marinas, entertainment, boat tours, golf, and much more. Situated on the water of Carnegie Bay, the Cottage provides easy access to Boldt Castle on the St. Lawrence River.
The Cottage, a gateway to adventure for you and your family, is a luxurious retreat. It offers a high-end luxury home, a large front deck with stunning water views, a screened-in back porch, plenty of deep-water docking, a family room and living room, a Samsung large-screen TV with surround sound, and a large yard for outdoor games and activities. With various outdoor activities at your doorstep, you can embark on exciting adventures and create lasting memories with your family.
The rental rate is based on 12 people or less, with an extra charge of $250 per person. The maximum capacity is 14 people.

Carnegie Bay Cottage is a luxurious year-round home with central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen features custom granite countertops and is well-appointed with a stainless steel refrigerator, built-in ice maker, stainless steel induction stove, and built-in microwave. Additional amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, a 10-cup coffee maker, a 4-slice toaster, blenders, crockpots, a bartender set, pantry items, bakeware, and more.
The dining table seats 10 and 5 more on the kitchen island. The living room includes a stereo HD TV with a dish and internet—the office stores books and games. The bedrooms consist of large closets and ceiling fans. We have new front-load washers & dryers on the first and ground floors.
The property features ample parking for cars, boat trailers, and dock space for boats and jet skis. The house is on a private 1-acre lot within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife.
