Villa MaChri is located in Marina di Novaglie, a small seaside village on the Adriatic Sea at few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca.

Comfortable villa, renovated in 2022, is located in the Costa Otranto-Leuca Regional Natural Park. It can accommodate up to 8 people (with two extra beds on request), pets are welcome (but on request).

The distance from the sea is about 400 meters (walking is fine), and is well connected to other beautiful places via the coast road sp 358.

The villa offers a spacious and secure place. It is a corner of paradise where you can spend wonderful and relaxing days, surrounded by greenery and not far from the sea.

Villa Machri is equipped with a heating system and Wi-Fi internet access that make it suitable for winter stays and smart working activities.

THE HOUSE

The house has been completely renovated, it is very elegant, with attention to detail.

Inside the house there are:

- 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and en-suite bathroom;
- full modern kitchen with dishwasher and oven;
- well furnished open space with dining table and a beautiful window overlooking the garden-pool and barbecue corner;
- laundry corner with washing machine;
- dependance with queen size bed, private bathroom and minibar.

Finally, the rooms are all air conditioned and equipped with smart TV and wifi internet connection.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

Villa MaChri has a large private outdoor space, with various well-organized and comfortable areas.

Part of the villa is composed by a large garden with lawn and equipped with a play corner, sun loungers, relaxation area with private swimming pool (7.35 x 3.75 meters) and outdoor shower.

In addition, a furnished and equipped porch with a comfortable barbecue corner and small outdoor kitchen, smart TV and mini bar, will allow you to organize tasty grills.

At the back of the villa there are 3 comfortable outdoor showers and a large garden with organic fruit trees, completely fenced. Finally, the villa also has ample parking inside the property, outdoor and covered as well.

NEARBY

In Marina di Novaglie there is a minimarket to buy basic things, a famous restaurant known for its location and its cuisine (Ristorante Lo Scalo), a restaurant-pizzeria and a small cafè. In addition, the area is full of paths to walk and nice hiking trails, for those who love walking and especially trekking. In this regard, we suggest the beautiful "Sentiero delle Cipolliane", a beautiful rocky path overlooking the sea, about 700 meters from the villa.
