"One of the nicest vacation rentals ever. The home was immaculate - kudos to whomever does the cleaning. Very spacious home, beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped. The large back porch had a great view of the meadow below and we watched the deer feeding and fawns playing. Samantha was a super host!"

"Thank you Shannon for hosting my son and me. Also, thank you for being so accommodating!! The place is in a safe centrally located location. It was perfect for my visit! Central location for Northtowns and Southtowns family to visit."

"Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!"

"I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks...

" We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for our weekend in Buffalo. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring we had a great night's rest. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to explore in Buffalo within easy reach. The house description and photos were spot on, so there were no surprises. Highly recommend this property...

"We were so comfortable in the carriage house. The beds were cozy and it was very quiet. We could walk to a different restaurant every night! The historic structure has very steep stairs going up to the living space which were not a problem for us, but would have been if my elderly parents had been there. Definitely recommend this "

"Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. "

Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy...

"My family was visiting Buffalo for our nephew's wedding. The reason we chose this house was the two bathrooms. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful home. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. The street was absolutely gorgeous with the fall colors. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and fast with communication. I would...
