Equipped with satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning in all rooms, this Villa offers a comfortable environment all year round. The gas kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare delicious meals, and the house also has a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.



The villa has 4 bedrooms: two with twin beds and two with double beds, one of them with en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom, also with shower, serves the rest of the house. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available on request.



Located in one of the quietest areas of the Bay of Pollença, the villa is surrounded by a natural environment and mostly inhabited by local residents. Within a few minutes' drive you will find all kinds of services and entertainment, from shops to restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Alcudia's markets, held on Tuesdays and Sundays, are a must-see, as are the Roman ruins and the nearby beaches of Muro, Can Picafort and Formentor.
