The modern Villa "Brisa de Mar 2", the twin house of "Brisa de Mar 1" are located in Barcares, the extension of Alcudia, only about 200 meters from the beach. Barcarés is a very popular holiday area, the so-called holiday paradise for children. The eternally shallow water is ideal for young children. There is much to discover here. So dive mask and snorkel in the suitcases and have fun. Culture lovers prefer to stroll through the narrow streets of the old town and enjoy local specialties in small tapas restaurants. Water sports enthusiasts can glide through the entire "Sa Marina". A real pleasure for all photographers! The old town of Alcudia and the elegant marina with a varied offer of restaurants, many couples and families will enjoy this beautiful holiday complex in the north of Mallorca.

Our modern holiday homes "Brisa de Mar 1 & 2" are well-loved holiday homes, with their location and comfort to the central and quiet location near the beach is very appreciated by all the most demanding travelers, with a very private garden well kept. Relax on the lawn or in comfortable hammocks while sunbathing under the celestial sky of Mallorca. There is also shade and a covered terrace next to the house, where there is also a grill for your barbecue parties. Just in front of the house there is a playground where the kids can play and enjoy their vacations.

The modern interior of 212 m² of both houses is divided into 2 levels. The ground floor consists of an open living room with sofa and Sat-TV, a bright dining room with a long table where each of the travel group finds a comfortable place to enjoy the delights of the day together. The adjoining kitchen is super modern and equipped with a practical kitchen island with stools. Also from here you have direct access to the terrace. Large windows and sliding door elements let in a lot of positive daylight and create an excellent living environment. Before climbing the stairs there are 2 double rooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom in the middle to share. The upper sleeping area offers 2 more double bedrooms. The two with large double beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite. All rooms are very modern and comfortable and are equipped with large fitted wardrobes. The air conditioning is installed throughout the house. If you are traveling with babies, please inform us so we can provide cots and thrones for the little ones in the house.
