"Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. "This was a nice big place, clean and good value for the money. Better than a hotel room at any of the cheap hotels in town. Mark and Steve had some excellent freshly ground coffee, sugar and creamers for us to enjoy in the morning. Great location near downtown and the lake, but quieter than where the chain hotels are."

"Great home for a long weekend ice fishing getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room area. The home was perfect for the guys to have a bonding weekend with our kids ice fishing.The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing after a long day on the ice. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had a great rentalThis is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve enjoyed both trips. Already looking to book again...

"We had a disappointing experience during our stay at a VRBO property in Horseshoe Valley. Upon arrival, we found the driveway had not been shoveled, which made it difficult to park and unload our things in the snow. Having said that, it never stopped snowing for 3 days which makes it difficult to keep driveway and stairs clear and safe. "It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. "
