The house consists of two verandas, one at the entrance and one at the back completely covered where you can find a kitchen, table and chairs, a barbecue area and a laundry area. Inside there is a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV room, a brand new kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Parking is public but is easily found next to the house. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the sleeping area and it is possible to use the free internet service. The location of the house is strategic due to its proximity to the A29 Palermo - Mazara Del Vallo motorway junction, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The extreme proximity to the sea certainly makes it more usable for families with children who do not want to use the car to get to the beach. Right next to Casa Alamar you will find the Bar Ristorante Pizzeria Windsuf, and 800 meters away you will find a supermarket.
