The Space
Upon arriving at The White House, you’ll be enveloped by the elegant yet cozy feel of this darling home. Natural light illuminates the space through large picturesque windows, reflecting off light colored floors, modern white walls with black trimmings, new appliances and a bustling city just steps away.

Bedrooms/Sleeping Space
This darling gal sleeps up to 6 adults with a Queen in the Master, a Queen in bedroom 2 & either a King OR 1 - 2 Singles configured in the third bedroom. Escape to either one of these cozy bedrooms to relax on a plush luxury mattress for a restful nights sleep. All bedrooms come complete with black out curtains for those who like an extra dark environment. All bedrooms have quaint walk in closets complete with velvet hangers, suitcase racks and a half bath ensuite in the master bedroom. This helps guests from having to fully share a single bathroom and keep morning traffic down. There are plenty of hooks and towel racks for a tidy and convenient stay. If you are traveling with a little one and in need of a crib let me know and I will have one set up prior to your arrival.

Outdoor Living Space
The backyard is immaculate and newly landscaped with plenty of seating and entertaining spaces. Share a morning cup of coffee or tea as you watch the sun come up or a cocktail or glass of wine as you watch the sky illuminate with fiery reds, tantalizing orange and deep purples, of our famous New Mexico sunsets. Take in all the sights at one of the many lounging spaces this backyard has to offer.
The backyard includes a large outdoor dinning area for those famously warm and comfortable Albuquerque nights, a fire pit and benches perfect for roasting s’mores under the starry ABQ skies & a comfortable lounge space for those long conversations that linger but make the night go by so fast. A BBQ Grill is also available upon request.

Location, Location, Location
Located in the heart of Abq, our modern gal is just 2 miles away from the exclusive Uptown shopping & dinning center as well as two large malls, movie theaters, & minutes away from the major freeways. The home is only 7 miles away from Albuquerque’s historic old town and the bustling downtown scene of Knob Hill, Sawmill Market, Art galleries & Museums for all ages. This home also clocks in at only an 11 minute drive from the ABQ Airport. In addition, you are an easy 60 mile drive to the Historic Santa Fe Plaza. In October the sky explodes with hundreds of Hot Air Balloons during the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. A sight truly worth seeing! Tantalize your taste buds with the taste of New Mexico as you indulge in the famous green chile burger, enchiladas, chile rellenos and fabulous beers from any one of the many local breweries. Like it or not Green and Red Chile is the theme & they put it on just about everything. Nervous? Don’t be shy, just ask for it on the side. New Mexico boasts all four seasons with plenty of activities to do and sites to see each month. After an exhilarating day of exploring, shopping, hiking or skiing, come back to the White House and relax in her comfortable living room with a fun family board game, unwind with a glass of wine and a good book or put on an old record from The White Houses’ time period as you soak in the nostalgia of the 1950’s. This gal truly is a charmer and you won’t want to leave her. She is easy to access with a lock box for self check in and plenty of parking in the drive way and in front of the home.

Staying longer, while this retro girl does not have a pantry, we have outfitter her with a four tiered shelf in order to store your pantry food items.

Bath
Luxurious Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash Provided in addition to aromatic Eucalyptus bath bubbles and shea butter body scrubs.
Don’t forget to bring your lotion in this High Desert and chap stick is a must. (You've been warned).
Our retro gal was a one bath at one time when families were as close as your shadow and apparently shared everything. While the main bathroom does comes complete with a shower/bath combo that all guests will share, the master bedroom does have a half bath ensuite with a sink and toilet to elevate morning traffic in the main bath.

Office
High Speed Internet and a quite home is all you need to get quality work done and this home has both.
While we don’t display the work desk, let us know if you will need it and we will set it up for you either in the between the living room and dining room, or we can place it in bedroom 3 with the single configuration, if you need the option to close a door.

Laundry
A full-size washer and dryer with limited detergent pods and softener sheets provided. Hand-Spun, Woolen Dryer balls provided for those who might be sensitive to softners. Broom, vacuum, dust and wet mop provided if needed.

Other things to note
Our neighborhood is a fantastic one with lots of older residents. There are neighbors on each side of the property and behind. Please help us maintain good relations with these lovely people and honor the quite hours of the city ordinance by simmering down and observing quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Two Security Camera's are located on the exterior front of the property only. One is located on the remote lock itself on the front door and only monitors the front yard. The second is located above the storage building and monitors the front of the driveway only. These are for security reasons only and will not interfere with guest experience.

We do not allow pets (even hypo-allergenic pets) due to the allergy free nature of our home.

Parties
Parties or gatherings are not allowed on the premise. If you’d like to have a small gathering under 16 people, please reach out to the host for permission.
