Stunning UNM/Nob Hill Charmer

This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home offers a luxurious home-away-from-home. The front and back yards are both beautifully landscaped. The front yard offers a courtyard with a relaxing patio seating area with a bubbling rock water feature, nestled behind custom built gates. The backyard is a secluded, beautifully landscaped yard with a brick patio which includes a large seating area with two large shade umbrellas and large table with a built-in gas fire pit. A 5 burner gas grill is available to make an outdoor bbq dinner a must.
Amenities include free high speed internet, 3 flat screen high definition smart TVs, memory foam cot for one additional guest, crib and high chair available if needed, variety of most popular board games are provided, DVD player, Kiva gas fireplace in the master bedroom and addl gas fireplace in the living room, corn hole game for the backyard.

Stunned and Charmed!
We loved this VRBO for our visit with our son. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the appearance of the property is beautiful inside and out, with all the amenities of a nice home. Our hosts, John and Michelle, outdid themselves. They provided a nice snack basket, clear and easy access instructions, and even nice spa robes! 5/5

Property is in a quiet, well established neighborhood. Very secure. Close to everything you need. Upgrades to the house are well done. Very comfortable with all amenities for a memorable stay. The enclosed courtyard with fountains is the perfect place to wind down after a day of activity. Kitchen is new with dining indoors or outdoors. Beautiful back yard. I highly recommend this outstanding property!

Great escape!
We had a family wedding to attend and found this gem! The privacy, outdoor fountains, and cleanliness will have us looking to rent this property again on our next visit. The great location, walkable neighborhood, and attentive hosts made it a great escape from the daily routine.

Quintessential adobe-style home with all the amenities! Beautiful inside and out! Thoroughly enjoyed our time in ABQ and this property was exactly what we had hoped for. DO IT!!!!! This is THE place to stay. The home is even more spectacular in person. Super layout, beautiful remodel with gorgeous private front and back yards. The kitchen, pantry, laundry, linen closets and bathrooms are COMPLETELY stocked. The home is spotless. Very nice residential neighborhood, parks, "Starbuckies", central location in ABQ, close to UNM. Michelle is very quick to provide any help she can. This home is definitely a piece of heaven in the Land of Enchantment!! Peggy A.

A livable gem.
Our group of six friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house, which was decorated and equipped so well it felt like a home. Clean, comfortable, secure, and roomy. We took advantage of grilling out back in the large yard and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The house seems to have had some remodeling but it kept the character of the home. I especially loved mornings on the front porch watching birds enjoy the trickling water features. Owner exceptionally responsive. This is one of the nicest VRBO stays we’ve had in our 15-20 years of traveling this way.

Stunning Nob Hill Charmer
All I can say is WOW! This home has it all. From the beautiful interior to the stunning back and front yards. They’ve thought of everything and more. My husband and I have been renting vacation homes for over 25 years and this home is the best ever. We thought the condo on Kauai was beautiful but not as nice as this.

Lovely home
This was a nice house, well decorated and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The rooms have plenty of storage and space. The kitchen has every appliance you can think of and the general living space is comfortable and relaxing. Both the front and back yard are well landscaped and clean. The only thing that would improve this location is a small pool in the back yard to cool off on those hot summer days.

Perfect place to stat
We are spending 2 weeks in the Southwest. This was a great house to begin our adventures. House is well equipped. Location is great! Less than a 15 minute drive to most of Albuquerque. The back yard is great! Would highly recommend to anyone headed here. If you are in town on a weekend, be sure to visit the Downtown Grower’s Market!!

This property truly feels like you’re staying at someone’s home due to the amenities provided. There was a welcome basket with several food items, a closet full of games for all ages, ample towels, a pantry with sugar, salt etc. The home was clean and the street was quiet. We would absolutely stay again if in the area!

This property was above and beyond expectations. It was a beautiful home with special decorator touches that made the visit an experience rather than just a lodging. Michelle has thought of everything! Beautiful relaxing water features in the gated front yard and a beautifully manicured backyard with a wonderful fire feature. We enjoyed both the front and back yards as much as the spotlessly clean home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We are already planning a return visit!

Spring Break
This house is a gem. We have stayed in many rentals but I must say this was the best stocked property we have ever rented. The owners thought of everything-night lights, crockpot, bathrobes, wireless speaker, inside & outside games and the biggest selection of Rubbermaid containers. If you are traveling with small children they have a crib and even a car seat too. The house was very clean and the master bed was comfortable, it was just my husband and myself so we can't say how the other beds were. We loved having the use of the garage to park our vehicle, but need to say large SUV's won't fit it's a small garage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to a Starbucks, Whole Foods and Smiths grocery store. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here if we were in the Albuquerque area again.
