This family friendly, beautifully designed home is situated in the safest and most sought-after part of town in Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico. located within a half mile from Paseo Del Norte, this home is in a gorgeous neighborhood that is not a through street- so it is very peaceful and truly a hidden gem close to everything you need!
On Paseo you can find tons of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The homes location is also prime to traveling to Santa Fe, balloon fiesta park, hiking and biking trails, and nearby Sandia Resort and Casino with golf/spa/dining all within a very short drive

This hidden gem neighborhood has its own park just steps from the front door. Every space was designed with you in mind! This home is within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Conveniently located off Paseo Del Norte/ this home is easy access to freeway-close to tons of grocery stores, gyms, places to eat, and more! Trader Joes, whole foods, target, and a ton of restaurants under 2 miles away

The space

As soon as you walk through the front door- you are greeted with a gorgeous French country style living room and dining table- the perfect place for conversation or sleeping on the queen size sofa sleeper watching television from opening the rustic armoire. With high ceilings and a light and bright feeling, you wonā€™t want to leave!

The den is the perfect place to relax and unwind with company- right off the kitchen with an open concept feel- everyone is together. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine as this is the space to gather. The sunroom off the den doubles as extra sleeping with a comfortable trundle bed pull out and whimsical feel that anyone can curl up and read a book in.

Upstairs each bedroom has been specifically designed for both comfort and function. **please note** one bedroom is a sunroom located off the den- it has its own private doors and is a trundle bed pull out** with black out curtains!

The master bedroom has a temperpedic mattress, and comfortable bedding as well as blackout curtains. With high ceilings, and lots of space this is truly a retreat. The closets have ample storage for all your belongings. There is a private balcony off the master and full size bathroom. Smart tv as well!

The two guest bedrooms are comfortable and cozy! The first guest bedroom has two twin beds- great for kids or adults alike! As well as black out curtains and a Smart TV for entertainment.

The other bedroom has a queen size bed with temperpedic mattress and black out curtains, beautifully designed for you to enjoy.

The fourth room is located downstairs off the den. The sunroom has a daybed pull out, with its own privacy doors -trundle pullout is two twin beds.**

If you have kiddos- donā€™t forget the kids closet! Under stair closet allows your kids their own little area with glow in the dark painted stars, kids books, puzzles and more! We have thought of all your needs- the garage has a brand new pack n play, stroller, and baby gates. Your kiddos will love this home and the short walk to the park!

If you have pets- we also provide dog bowls, a leash and a small dog bed if needed:)


The outdoor area transports you immediately to a relaxed state with gorgeous landscaping, rose bushes, and a one of kind mural that you can really enjoy. Come enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor firepit seating under a covered patio!

Just a short walk from the front door- is an amazing park/playground- and walking trails attached-great for kids and pets alike

Taylor was very responsive to our questions and went out of her way to let us check in early. She had supplied all the extras that we would need - coffee and coffee supplies, paper products, plenty of linens and towels laundry detergent etc. The house worked great for us. Very roomy and a great setup. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great quick stay
This property was exactly what we were looking for. Needed a 1 night stay while driving through with 2 cars and a moving truck. Taylor was a great host making sure our parking situation was covered.Although we were only there for about 13 hours, house was comfortable and spacious. Location was perfect with easy access to the highway and a lot of great restaurants.

Great location in a welcoming home!
This home was very welcoming and comfortable. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The location is very convenient with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping close by, as well as easy access to I-25. Taylor was very friendly and responsive and called right away when I reached out to let her know we'd accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. The beds were all comfortable and I was impressed with the quality of the pillows! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. A majority of the house is carpeted, including the master bathroom, which I didn't care for. It made the house seem less clean.

Excellent stay, everything you need
This property was beautiful, well maintained and had everything you could ask for. Plenty of room for me, my husband, my dad, stepmother, and my daughter. It would be great for kids too. Really nice park walking distance from home. If you are going during June, July, or August, bring a fan. And we had to get ice. That's it. We loved it. AND THE DECOR WAS SO NICELY DONE.

Quick Trip
Took a quick trip down to Albuquerque and needed a place to stay for 3 adults and 2 kids. Found this listing on VRBO and booked it. Taylor was a great host and communicated regularly with us. The house was in a good location, rooms were clean, and beds were so comfortable. Didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but no issues at all and would recommend.

Home away from home
11-day visit to Albuquerque for work. This home was more accommodating and spacious then a hotel stay. Neighborhood is very tranquil. Use of garage was also nice. Bathrooms and furnishings were a little tired and could use some updating. The fireplace was a nice touch and used nightly for unwinding from a long day. Taylor, our ā€˜hostess with the mostessā€™ was extremely attentive and responsive!!
