The giant hot tub with a size of 13.5x8.5 operates as Pool May 1st to September 15th and as a Spa September 16th to April 30th. There's a $100 Per Stay Hot Tub Heating fee. Reservations for over 7 nights will incur a $100 per week fee for Hot Tub heating.

Guest Access:
Guest Will have access to the entire home excluding a cleaner's closet, and hot tub equipment area.
For your added comfort, we offer an optional spool/spa Heating service for $100 per stay. If you're staying for over 7 nights, the heating fee will be $100 per week. This ensures the water is at a comfortable temperature throughout your stay, ideal for relaxing under the open sky, whatever the weather.
Pets are allowed, maximum of 2 with 25lbs weight or under. Pet fee is $200 per pet.
