NMU playoff game
This is the second time this year I’ve stayed here and as before - it’s the perfect home. Loved everything about it. The host is so accommodating and keep their home in excellent condition. Stay here - you won’t regret it. My favorite in Albuquerque!! Thank you for renting it to us and for your kindness.

Lovely and Comfortable
Well maintained home located in a very good area and location in Albuquerque. Special "welcome edibles" from the host was heartwarming and appreciated. Already booked my next stay in Albuquerque at this home. A special thanks to the host for being responsive and wonderfully kind ❤️

Great house! Great stay!
We loved our time in Albuquerque, and this home was a big part of that. If you’re headed to the Balloon Fiesta, this location is perfect. Home was everything we expected and more. Living Room was wonderful group space, as well as back porch. Nice washer/dryer. Wonderful touches were provided like coffee and chips/salsa on kitchen counter. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is the ideal location if you want to see Albuquerque. It’s close to the ballon park, Sandia tram, petroglyphs, old town and just a 75 minute drive to Santa Fe.

We were really happy with this house. Rooms were perfect, every thing was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Great location too! Made our trip so nice, highly recommend!

I’m cannot say enough great things about this home.. one of my most favorite homes I’ve rented. The area is awesome - very safe and close to mostly everything. The house - well I can go on and on about this house!! It has everything you could ever need for your stay. The owner even provided us with shampoo/confitioner/body wash/hairspray/facewash, etc! the beds were so comfy and the linens were top notch along with bathroom towels!! The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s a beautiful home. We will rent there again as we will be frequenting Albuquerque more often than we have been!! Thank you for your great hospitality!!

Excellent Repeat Stay!
We’ve stayed here before and this time was equally as great as the last. The house is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and for all the guests. The extra touches make this house special - travel cups for coffee, fresh half and half, travel sized amenities in case you forget anything. The location is accessible to stores, restaurants, and the freeway to get around town. We loved our stay!

This property was a great place for our family to enjoy while in town. We felt safe. The home was perfectly clean. All you need is here to prepare meals and relax. Located near shopping for food and easy to get to many options for dine in or grab and go food. Access to garage if you want to park inside out of weather or for added security. Very spacious, great decor, and felt like home. And again, it was CLEAN!!!

Clean far NE heights home away from home! Great location for us near our family. Well stocked 3 bedroom 2 bath house in nice safe neighborhood. Nice covered backyard patio and grill. Great communication from hosts. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Home Away from Home
The property hosts thought of every amenity needed for our stay. You literally just need to pack your clothes! The house is beautiful and the cleanliness is 5 stars! Great location and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book with them again!

Perfect location
Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Check in process was flawless and the home was immaculate. The best part for us was how convenient it was to local attractions. Old Town was 20 minutes; it was 20ish minutes to the BioPark, and 3 miles from Balloon Park. Also, convenient to the interstate for trips to Santa Fe and Las Alamos. Highly recommended.

Great location and setup!
We loved our stay at this home! The location was very convenient - shopping and restaurants nearby, easy access to main roads and the freeway. The property mangers were fantastic, communicating frequently and promptly and answering all our questions. The house has a great layout with an open kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, including travel coffee mugs to get our day going. All around a great place, we hope to stay here again!

Great Memories
I actually, ended up not being able to make the trip. However, my parents whom I was supposed to make trip with, did stay. They had a lovely time and every time I spoke with them they commented on how nice everything was. The family was able to have dinner together and catch up after many years, and make new new memories.

Spatious and very well equipped house. Nice location. Excellent communication about access, etc. As of today January 14, 2023 still listed as "One king. One queen, one trundle that can be one or two twin beds. " but it's actually "one king and two queen beds." This makes it a little less flexible if you planned to have 2 twin beds.
