This gorgeous 3 bedroom villa in Guia, near Albufeira, 5Km to the nearest beaches: GalƩ, Salgados, LourenƧo, Castelo, Coelha, S.Rafael. The villa is located in a very quite country side area, 600 mts. from the famous village of GUIA and has magnificent views over farmland towards the coast line. Has its own private pool 8x4 mts which can be heated (at a supplement charge).
It comprises, on the groud floor: 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms being 1 ensuite. Spacious Dinning and Sitting area /open space fully equipped Kitchen. On the 1st.floor, a master suite with bathroom and north/south sunny terraces with beatiful panoramic views. This villa has fantastic outside space making this the perfect family holiday retreat.
It is also fully air conditioned throughout.
The owners, Manuel and Josie live in the adjoining villa, but your privacy is guaranteed.

A propriedade corresponde ao apresentado. Trata-se de um imĆ³vel com linhas arquitetĆ³nicas recentes, com uma decoraĆ§Ć£o de bom gosto e muito agradĆ”vel. O interior Ć© em "open space" proporcionando mais convĆ­vio e proximidade. O espaƧo exterior nĆ£o sendo muito grande, mas Ć© mais que suficiente para usufruir do sol algarvio e do sossego da zona. Ɖ muito agradĆ”vel poder ouvir o canto das aves que abundam nas redondezas e dos chocalhos dos rebanhos que pastoreiam nas propriedades contiguas, isto enquanto se degusta uma boa refeiĆ§Ć£o ao ar livre, ou se aprecia uma bebida refrescante junto Ć  piscina de Ć”gua aquecida, essencial para esta altura do ano. Apesar das qualidades jĆ” descritas, esta propriedade destaca-se acima de tudo pela simpatia e pelo cuidado do Sr. Manuel de Castro e esposa, proprietĆ”rios deste espaƧo, que nĆ£o se poupam a esforƧos para que nada falte ou perturbe, sem nunca serem intrusivos. Foi uma fantĆ”stica semana de fĆ©rias. A habitaĆ§Ć£o corresponde exatamente a descriĆ§Ć£o. A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© excelente, zona recatada e tranquila. Quanto ao anfitriĆ£o, o Manuel, esteve sempre muito atento a todas as necessidades, sempre muito amistoso. Obrigado por tudo! Iremos regressar, sem dĆŗvida!

TĆ­tulo escolhido pelas criancas que SĆ£o Mais genuinas. Casa cheia de luz natural, EspaƧo exterior muito acolhedor. Desde o EspaƧo de refeiƧoes ao de lĆ”zer Bem combinado. Quartos espaƧosos. Fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo Proprietario que se certificou que estĆ”vamos bem. Adoramos a estadia.

Very clean and spacious property with a lovely garden and sizeable pool that can be heated on arrival for an additional fee. Close to the sea, restaurants and Zoomarine - which is a must-visit day out for families. Our host was very welcoming.

This is the second time we have stayed at Casa da Quinta and had another brilliant time here! Sara was extremely helpful and always available as and when we needed (which wasnā€™t very often!). The villa itself is well equipped, comfortable and homely as well as being well located for supermarkets, beach and places to visit. The pool was heated which was a bonus particularly as the weather wantā€™s spectacular when we visited. All in all, Iā€™m sure this wonā€™t be the last time we visit and would thoroughly recommend to families and anyone looking for a relaxing break.

This is an absolutely beautiful villa were the owners have thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and stylish. The pool/garden area is a wonderful spot with gas and charcoal BBQ's. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location but within walking distance to Guia with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets and the beach. Our hosts very thoughtfully left a welcome pack to get us started and they could not have been more kind or helpful. Truly a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

This was our second stay in this amazing property. The villa is perfectly located for peaceful days by the pool, visits to the local beaches and touring the Algarve region. The villa is superbly equipped and we wanted for nothing. We have been visiting this area of Portugal with our family for over 10 years and this is by far the best value Villa we have stayed in. We have already booked to return in 2025.

We had 10 wonderful days in the house. We was welcomed by the host at the gate of the property. She showed us around, the outside and the inside of the properties. The house was very welled planned for 6 persons, both inside and outside, with a well equipped kitchen. The outside was also very nice, with several areas to spend both sunny days around the pool, as well as nice evenings, watching the lovely sunset from some of the patios. One patio was also equipped with two barbeques, one gas and one chair cole. The house was well cleaned when we arrived, and during the stay they cleaned the house once, and after one week they cleaned again and changed bed linnen and towels. The gas grill was also cleaned by the cleaning lady. We could ask the host for anything missing, and they would fix it. Very helpful!! The hosts where also very careful not to disturb, even though they lived next door. Excellent hosting!! We can really recommend a stay in the house, long or short! THANK YOU! .

We loved our stay. The villa was a great size & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside space & pool was ideal for our family of 5. It is a short walk (10 mins) into Guia for the local restaurants and a 10/15 min drive to Albufeira. We will definitely be back again!

Lovely stay, 4 adults 2 children. Perfect position for the towns and beaches but away from the hustle bustle. Morning spent in the pool and afternoons exploring or on the beach. Super villa, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Manuel next door, helpful but not intrusive. Worth 5 stars and more.

This villa is centrally located in the Algarve, so served as a great base for exploring the area on our first visit here. The owner, Manuel, lives next door, was very welcoming and provided us a lovely "welcome" supply of food and drink on arrival. Throughout our stay he and his daughter were most helpful and very approachable. That said, unless we had any concerns, we were left to our own devices. The property feels secure, as it is in quite a secluded area and has an electric gate. The 3 bedrooms available suited us well and the whole property was air conditioned. There were 3 bathrooms, effectively 2 en suite and one communal one, though we allocated a bathroom to each bedroom. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is very pleasant, and there is a well-connected, if rather small TV in the lounge. The wifi is very good throughout the property. The garden is a decent size for the property and is well sup[lied with comfortable sun loungers, parasol and other seating options. There is a good-sized pool - we didn't have it heated but it was fine for general use despite being early June. We enjoyed the use of a fine gas BBQ and there is also a charcoal one available. There are some pool toys, and indeed there is a supply of books and some games indoors, which was a nice touch. There is room for 2 vehicles to park (we had 2 rental cars), but it might be tricky to park a large car/SUV on the site, though it would be possible to park on the street if needed. Overall a great stay
