I could certainly have worked around this inconvenience, if I had known about it. "This lodge was a shared space cabin style but also quite private. Private bathroom and sleeping area. Shared dining, living room and kitchen. Our fav part was the gorgeous cabin kitchen breakfast laid out on pretty rustic dishes. It is off the beaten path and not touristy. We felt like we were being hosted by friends. Gorgeous property too. "

"The building could use some freshening up but overall it was a great experience. The location was very convenient to downtown shopping and the views of the water were breathtaking in the evening. Plenty of room for people to sleep and hangout. Would definitely recommend. "

"I know a lot of the reviews have been negative but this lodge is just a simple, comfortable motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated so they’re a little run down but almost everything was spotless and the linens were clean. I’d say just some of the corners were a bit dusty and there were some hard water stains in the sink. The mattresses are a little saggy but were still decently comfortable.
