"My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room. "We needed space for 9 people and It was as exactly as described by owners as well as guest reviews. Loved the thought process behind location and the charm of the home. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of lights on the street to feel safe coming home in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and rooms were good size. Host was quick to respond, would definitely stay again if need arises. Oh and the doughnut place across the street was the bomb, but know this they are very popular and sell out...
